I scheduled two appointments with this company to look at my water heater exhaust near the roof as it is leaking water during precipitation; the first appointment was scheduled for 25 June 2021 between 0900-1100 (I scheduled this early June) and the second appointment on 28 July 2021 between 1500-1700. On 25 June I called the desk after 1100 and I was told that the customer called and canceled the appointment. I didn't call and cancel and I was told that the 'system' said that the appointment was cancelled. So I set up the 28 July 2021 appointment during that phone call on 25 June 2021. I called
