This is the first time I have left a review for a business. I just don't usually leave reviews but felt this was my only recourse as a consumer when the owner of the company appeared unreasonable and difficult to work with when we disagreed on services they provided. HLM provided HVAC services for our commercial building for 3 years and 3 months. We had a quarterly maintenance agreement in which they were to maintain the HVAC units in two of our rental spaces. HomeLand Mechanical is as good as it gets. So far they have installed a water heater, 10 years ago, a new furnace and A/C system 2 years ago and today they installed a new tankless water heater.
When our crawl space flooded 2 years ago, Bill came and crawled through the mud to inspect the furnace, which was ruined from the water. He got the fans on it and when it was dry he brought his team in and they got the old one out and a whole new system put in before it got really cold. He came back when it start to warm up outside and got the A/C running and it is so nice!
