We have used Dave for years for the normal maintenance and tuning of our heating/cooling systems. During our yearly visit he pointed out some potential issues with our present heating system. Given that it was 27 years old it was definitely time to consider a replacement. Dave specced out a new unit with pricing for parts, labor and installation. We agreed on the pricing and everything proceeded at a rapid pace.
They say you can take the measure of a company by how it handles adverse situations. During our installation we had a few concerns and Dave took care of them in an expedient fashion

We had Dave install our air conditioning this year, and he did a great job explaining what needed to be done, gave us a fair price, and got the job done quick. He finished installing our system in a day and the timing couldn't have been more perfect as he beat the heatwave! My AC system has been running for a month now and we have been thrilled, no issues!

Dave saved the day for us once again! He was out here 2 weeks ago installing our new oven when Lowe’s dropped the ball and was so great to work with....
Our water heater went out yesterday morning and he managed to travel to Denver for the day for appointments and still be back to our area (Colorado Springs) with a new tank. He stayed late and… his service is impeccable, always has such a good attitude goes above and beyond.
We would be lost with out his timely service and abilities, feels like we’ve known him forever, so rare!!!!!!

We needed a maintenance check at the last minute due to poor planning on our part of our HVAC and Dave came to the rescue when other companies would not. He called me back right away and even offered to rearrange his personal schedule to accommodate us.
Dave came over after hours, did not charge us extra for his services, and not only completed… the service that night but also made sure he explained everything he did. Our furnace was failing. We hired Dave's company to come in, check it out, and recommend a replacement. Dave was courteous, professional, and was able to get a new furnace installed for us within 24 hours. His installer, Shaun, did a great job putting in the new furnace and made sure it was tested and working according to specifications before leaving.
