Loved my time at Carriage House Apartments! Johnette Morrison, who is the manager is truly AMAZING! Johnette communicates quickly, clearly, and provides great service. I honestly feel like I am speaking to a friend when I speak with Johnette. Johnette always goes the extra mile and made my experience at Carriage House Apartments better than expected! I’ve lived here for going on three years, and I absolutely love the staff. They are quick to call you back when you have an emergency, and Jonnette is the sweetest she can be and very knowledgeable and considerate. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested. They keep up with apartment maintenance and the people here are like a little community. Very friendly neighbors. They are currently doing some upgrading and it’s so nice to have a reasonable price when renewing the lease with all the upgrades. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

I want to thank Johnette for having a wheelchair ramp and handicap parking spot for those who are in wheelchairs or handicapped they did not have one on our side of the building . Thanks for caring and for understanding the importance of this.

OMG! The new management has made some amazing improvements here. I've spoken with them about some of the upcoming changes too and am excited to see what comes. I think this will definitely be one of the best places around to live.
