We have had issues since the day we moved in almost 6 months ago. There’s mold in every room, the ceiling is cracked and dry wall is falling out due to water damage. Our AC vent was hanging from our ceiling for months until they came to fix it with CAULK even though we need access to open it to change the air filter. Many apartments are infested with roaches and fleas. My bathtub is full of mold, behind my toilet the wall is damp and moldy and they just painted over it but only the parts you can see without looking hard..They also gave a STRANGER my apartment number, no questions asked about

Kimberly in the leasing office made the usually stressful experience of renting an apartment easy, and stress free! She was polite and very helpful. Also, the new management company has very reasonable rates and various options, which is also nice! The complex is clean and amenities plentiful. I recomend Chateau Nederland as a top consideration for anyone looking for a new place to live with ease.

Very pleased with my experience at the Chateau Nederland apartments. I’ve been stressing for a place to live that will except my 100lb Great Dane/Husky mix. Ms. Kimberly lifted all that stress off of me and was totally understanding. I’m loving the new management and and how courteous and understanding they are. I would definitely recommend moving into these apartments.
