Slapped $5000 collection on my credit report but refuses to provided itemized receipt for said ridiculous charges. All deposits kept, of course. They’ll forget to tell you about all extra monthly “fees” not to mention a monthly water bill of approximately $65-80 a month extra! This place is a rip off and super small for the ridiculous prices. Location is the ONLY pro.

If I could give this complex any thing lower than a one star I would. Failure to comply with safety standards before during and after the winter storms. Threatened tenants that if they failed to leave water dripping during the winter storm that any and all damage that incurred would be the soul responsibility of the tenants and their insurance company.While they required that we leave the water dripping to prevent busted pipes , they failed to turn water on in the empty apartments. I lived there for a year and had horrible bug issues the entire time. I cleaned constantly, they came and sprayed monthly. Still could not get rid of them. The sink leaked in the bathroom and they wouldn’t come and fix it. I lived in a bottom apartment and I could here every step and every drawer that was opened from the people above. There are a lot of hidden fees. The insulation was terrible. I lost my job due to COVID and I was no longer able to pay rent so I attempted to get out of my lease and there was zero understanding on their side. And I only had a month left of on the lease. Nasty place the bug place come and sprayed and they would spray one section not even then entire apartment. The manager is the worst person ever she don't care about nobody but her self don't take care of the property. The people who cut the grass never cut our grass in our back yard. Dont move here!!!! Trash!!!!

I like this place because everyone I've met is friendly. It's peaceful here, and these 2 years I've been here have been very good. Make sure your renters insurance paperwork is turned in on time. I had insurance, but I forgot to turn in the paperwork. Cost me about $30. That's the only "bad" thing that has happened to me here. Maintenance is awesome. Overall, it's a great place to live.

I moved from CT to TX in August of 2018. My daughter had seen Spurlock North Apts. and told me to look into them. I've lived here for almost 5 months, and have been happy for the most part. Things are fixed if I put in a work order, and it's usually with in a day or two. I love the size of my apt., and love that they allow pets. I have a dog, so I was concerned about that. I like the neighbor that lives next door and a few that live upstairs. When I go to the office to pay my rent, everyone is very pleasant and welcoming!

My son lives here and I often go in to the office to bring his rent payment. The staff is so kind when I go in and they often have donuts and coffee. I will be retiring next year and I will probably sell my home due to the size and upkeep. I will definitely lease here, the community is beautiful and well maintained. my son never has any issues because they are so fast with fixing things.

I initially contemplated against moving to this property, but finally made a decision to do so in July 2017. The management team has great customer service and is always helpful! Especially, the property manager-Rose Marie. She greets me with a smile and ask me how I'm doing. My service requests are rectified in a timely manner and the property is well maintained. There is low to no crime here and the residents are pleasant. Tracy

I have been a resident for about 7 months, and I love living here. Any issues/concerns, which were very minor, have been handled quickly and professionally. Safety is a major concern for me, and I feel perfectly safe at all times. I have really enjoyed the pool and my balcony. Several times the garbage has been an issue, but I feel that is from tenants moving out and leaving furniture in the dumpsters. It is quiet here, and the neighbors I've met are very nice. I have noticed that as tenants move out, many of the apartments are being redone: painting, replacing carpet, etc. Management: thank you

Why is the pool always a disgusting green color like they do not treat it with chemicals. People/kids still swim in it like this. The staff lack at they're jobs Monday-Friday and maintenance is poor educated in what to do just look at the pool for example. Please keep up with the amenities because we pay for these things to as of why we live here and pay rent.
