Originally from Austria and born on the same day as Arnold Schwarzenegger (what a sign!), she started her career as a competitive gymnast.

What a great place to get in shape!! Being an out-of-shape senior, I was looking for the right place and the right person to improve my health. Tina is the one! She is a fantastic motivator, she understands physiology, constantly checks that my form is correct, and varies the format - no monotony here. I have experienced other fitness centers and Fit and Fun is the best! from my mom in FL

Fit + Fun has been amazing for me! You get a very intense workout but still have fun while doing it! The owner Tina is a true professional but she has fun while instructing too. All of the people that attend are so nice and welcoming. I have truly found my place here in Cape Coral. Excited to keep seeing a healthy transformation of my body on a daily basis!

I found Fit & Fun , and of course, Tina & staff after the sad closing of Yoga Fit studio in the Cape.
I could not have a better experience 😊 This studio is awesome, Tina is an experienced and knowledgeable instructor . The classes are amazing, the schedule is very convenient as well as their location and the parking space. I am very pleased and happy to be part of this wonderful fit &fun community and I am getting in shape! Next month they are opening a Yoga schedule for all the yoga lovers.
