The Cardinal Group culture embodies many different elements. It's about improving as a team and having fun while growing together, personally and professionally. It's about achieving the improbable with fewer people and fewer resources. It's about openness, taking risks, and not being afraid to make mistakes.
But most of all, it's about having faith that if we do the right thing in everything we do, then we will succeed in building something great. Since 2008, we have been operating successful partnerships and are relentlessly focused on creating efficiency to exceed market performance levels across the US.

I have 3 and a 1/2 years here and I'm done. I live at The Davis Apartments in Greenville NC. They put in visited parking. They did it about 3 or 4 months ago. Started fine at visit but slowly over the pasta week , the residents have taken it over completely they are in everyone of those spots everyday. Because they don't have a sticker because the registration not in their name and some of them have 2 vehicles. Crazy thing is they're are lots and of parking spots but you a resident sticker. They are not visters. These are the college kids and manager that only 5 or 6 years older. That all works

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I have had such a good time working at Cardinal and I would definitely recommend them. I would of stayed with the company longer but I finally got an opportunity to move forward in my career but it is with a different company. Who knows I will most likely try and come back after I get the experience I need.

If I could give it a zero I would. My brain injured son went with a highschool friend and his father for his friend to look at apartments. The woman in the office told my son to sign his name to be a point of contact for his friend when an apartment came available. He would not sign a lease. Mentally he is nine year old. No money exchanged. No keys. No lease. Fraudulant and now they are suing him for $6,000 .. Get out of here. I am contacting the Attorney Generals office. Scammers. Do not go here.

Went to The Wilde apartment in Raleigh, nc to get the the correct date on my lease. I spoke with Nathaniel and he was nice. The assistance manager Alexis Warner was very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to explain to her that the dates on my lease was not correct and I wasn’t comfortable signing. She got loud and started talking over me and put her hands in my face. Please check the camera in the leasing office. I couldn’t believe the assistant manger was acting that way. The next time this happen I will be getting law enforcement involve because no one should be putting there hands in

**DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD/COLLEGE STUDENT TO LIVE IN THIS PLACE** University Crossing Apartments located in Ruston, LA. The managers there are not taking threats to someone's life seriously. A police report has been filed with local police and further action is under way no thanks to this apt complex. When it comes to the welfare of their residents they DO NOT seem to care otherwise they would at least return phone calls...every time one of us calls to speak with Jonas Augustine (Community Manager) he is in a never ending meeting. My daughter and another roommate fear for their safety because of

As a resident at Westmar please don't get carried away by what they advertise, This place has no respect for the residents at all. This place has a fraudulent environment, The rooms are falsely advertised, bugs and trash are everywhere, Staff will not answer, maintenance is horrible, and in all honesty, if there was a chance to sue I would. Please don't move in here, and yes all the "good reviews" had a price I was told if I wrote a good review I would get free food so please read the lease as your life depended on it.

Our AC was broken for over a week when we moved in in August. It was 85 degrees inside the apartment and maintenance would come in to turn it on every day even though it was not blowing cold. It finally got fixed when I went in every single day for a week. Then we received our astronomical utility bill and tried to see if we could get reimbursed for part of the electric bill due to this issue since it definitely played a large part in it. We were ignored for over two weeks (maintenance requests too) and then the office was closed and now another company owns the apartments so they can’t do anything

One star because you can't give zero.....This is a horrible management company. Specifically when it comes to the Cottages of Boone. Just because you're located in Colorado, doesn't give you license to cause ecological hazards in other states. The Cardinal Group has made a disaster of Watauga County waterways and scams hundreds of students on ridiculous charges every year.
The Cottages of Boone has dumped THOUSANDS of gallons of untreated wastewater into the Laurel Fork Creek in multiple incidents over a period of several years. The Cardinal Group has done NOTHING to remedy the problems. This

I email them about a complaint. My 2 daughters moved out of their apartment and were told to leave blinds because they were damaged. The blinds were left. Management then sent a bill for the blinds saying they were the wrong color. We had no problem paying for the blinds but wanted the blinds back that were left by us that were the wrong color. We were told that the maintenance crew lost them. I then emailed the office and the cardinal group and asked to be credited for the blinds lost or to have my blinds returned. I received a final statement. I as the guarantor and mother of the renters went

Please for the love of everything sacred, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. These are the most unprofessional and non responsive people ever and they clearly have no clue what’s going on with any of their properties. It’s a shame and by all the reviews I have read, I certainly am not the only one who is having issues with these clowns. My daughter moved into Grindstone Apartments in Columbia Missouri for the summer. When we arrived the apartment was completely nasty. And I mean nasty. See photos. I contacted the manager and she stated it was up to the new tenants moving in to clean the apartment
