This is our second time living at the Falls at 109. The property is beautiful and always well maintained. The pool is our favorite place to be in the summer! The office staff is always friendly with a smile. Maintenance is always on point and friendly as well! We came back for a reason, we love it. Its safe feeling and feels like home. đ

I have been here over a year! I love the falls, itâs pretty and off the beaten path, but still close to everything.
The maintenance crew is great, and the front office is as well.
The pool is kept clean and the tennis courts are nice as well.
One bonus that could be added is a basketball goal. My son and I both would enjoy that, as we donât really play tennis.

My husband and I moved here a few years ago and we love it! Our neighbors are super nice and all the staff have been very helpful. We had a leak from a pipe and they came and fixed it ASAP! The maintenance staff are awesome and so nice! They also have an adorable little dog park for your fur babies! If you are looking for a place to live I definitely recommend The Falls!

This complex has been so exceptional and accommodating to me. The tenants are very diverse but all so kind and respectful. Lots of young families and a moderate amount of children. Itâs very quiet in my section with only an occasional loud muffler or âboom boomâ ghetto stereo. Itâs lasts only moments, Hey, itâs apartment life.

If you are looking for a apartment to call home this is where you want to be! The community is not only beautiful with the landscaping. But we have the best maintenance guys ever! Clay and Keith will get everything done in a timely manner and keep you posted on what theyâre doing.. Not only do they work hard to keep up on maintenance and make sure everything is running and youâre not waiting days for a repair but they also work hard to keep our property looking beautiful. The community itself is wonderful everyone is friendly and looks out for one another. Great place to call home exclamation

This place is terrible.
Luxury Stress Free living @ its worst
Should have known this was a bad idea when the lady that showed us around text the whole time and reminded us that she was not supposed to work that day.
The gates- i think they worked like one week total before I left. Never closed completely pointless.
The kids- if you dont have kids come visit this place about three in the afternoon. they are running out of control everywhere. In the streets the parking lots around the apts.
In order to protect these kids the installed these gigantic speed bumps that I couldnt even get my car
