It's been great living here. The apartments are clean, well managed. The grounds are manicured. The nights are quiet. Lots of dog walkers. Pool is clean and many people attend but are respectful. Overall a good community and safe. I have an 18 daughter who takes her dog out late and there's never an issue.

My father and I went to visit apartments in Lebanon due to my job transfer coming up. When we got there at 2:45pm on a Saturday, we didn’t know they close at 3pm. The Leasing Consultant at the office was rushing us the moment we walk in. Every question we ask was in a rush yes or no instead of breaking down into detail. We wasn’t please by first impression about this place.

Been here a year has been great until now. With the unexpected bad weather in Tn I am trying to get a response about getting the sidewalks and walkways taken care of. However I have emailed, private messaged and tried to post on the complex site about why the sidewalks and walkways have not been treated or shoveled.
No response just being ignored and won't post it on the complex FB page. I know of several people that have already fallen and advised them of that and still no response

Applied back in October of 2020 because we were moving and selling our current home, spoke to the staff in the office several times. Asked several questions pertaining to our specific situation. Was assured that with my husband’s income (I’m a stay at home parent to a special needs child) that we would have no problem qualifying. Yeah, that’s the biggest lie ever told! I had to be put on the application being over the age of 18, even though I didn’t have an income. And their reason for denying our application as a whole is because I’m a stay at home parent with no income and I didn’t

I went there to check apartment because new job. The staff had bad attitude and she just stand there and keep rushing us while we were looking the apartment. I paid $100 for application fee and waited for 3 days. Then they told me that I got denied because my credits are low. BUT my credits is low because I'm international student and I just got my SSN last month!! I told them I have way more enough bank saving but they still denied my application!!! The apartment is great but the staff is .......

After living in several communities that were just way too loud, it was a joy living here with respectful neighbors! Not just a bunch of college kids partying constantly. It was nice living in a place with a lot of families and other professionals that like being a part of the community but also respect everyone else's privacy! 100% recommend!
