We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
We strive to make sure you stay informed and have the tools you need to protect yourself and your belongings. A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

My best apartment yet and also the one I felt most safe to be in! The apartment community is quite friendly, apartment units consist of quality appliances, leasing office staff and management are the friendliest ever! They are also conscious of weather alerts (tornado alerts/winter storms) and make sure to let the residents know what precautions to take. Sometimes work order requests can take time as it is first-come-first-serve basis, but most times they're always available to help. I am going to miss this apartment, it really was a dream stay! 😐

I've been at this complex for a few months now and have had a great experience so far. There were a few minor work orders I had to put in upon move-in and it did take a few weeks for them to get to me- they were understaffed at that time which I'm very understanding of in light of current events. However, when they did get to me, I was very pleased with the work. Johnnie, on maintanence staff, was very professional, knowledgeable and resolved every issue. He replaced my microwave, fixed my ice maker, and fixed a bathtub drain. He had to order a part for one of the repairs and said he would return

I never thought I would be writing a negative review online...my hands are tied, however, as I can not in good conscience remain silent and allow others to be ignored and defrauded, as we were, by what I'll refer to henceforth as the Providence Trail Special. Within weeks of living at Providence Trail, we experienced an issue with mold. Though fine print in the lease agreement essentially suggests "mold happens", we determined the appropriate course of action, given the amount of mold discovered, was to contact management (in writing) nonetheless. Second update: The gate situation is resolved, and the grounds and maintenance situation has improved a lot this fall and winter.
Update: There has been a prolonged issue with the guest access gate code not working, with no updates for over two months. Also, the grounds have not been particularly well kept of late. For the price, I would expect more.
The property is safe and clean, the units are appealing and in good condition, and the location couldn't be better. The office staff and maintenance staff have been very helpful.

Apartment had persistent mold in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The mold spread to some of my furniture, which I was forced to throw away. I told providence about the issue and nothing was done. Upon leaving the complex an extra bill was sent to me for them to clean up the mold. I attempted to contact the apartment via email and phone and was ignored for weeks. They instead sent the damage charge to a collection agency without trying to work with me on it. I have never missed a payment and have excellent credit, so I was forced to pay this unfair charge. I have been living in a Providence Trial apartment with my family for 6 years. Previously the service was very good during Century Providence. If something went wrong, they would leave the office that day or the next day if it was too late. Nowadays, the service has to wait for weeks if something bad happens. It's been 3 weeks since water leaked from my bathroom and kitchen and refrigerator. It's been more than 3 weeks since my husband came to the office 3 times and said they'll fix it tomorrow. These are the air-conditioning holes in my apartment, and they have mold. This mold affected all the walls of the apartment and also the health of my children. I found nothing from the officials except for gross negligence and holding me accountable for any mistakes.
And their negligence in the cleanliness of the adaptation made it one of my responsibilities, even though I submitted many requests for maintenance and were rejected by them.

Still having maintenance issues. My refrigerator has been leaking for over a week. Put in multiple requests to be fixed. Although they can say there "understaffed" but everytime you see maintenance there standing around talking. Ridiculous. So glad my lease is up in December because I will not be renewing my lease. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely worst apartments ever. Used to be very good staying here for 2 years now, it was one of the good ones but now they are worst apartments I have ever lived in.
Gates are almost never working. Gates are broke for 2 months.
Swimming pool will stay closed for more than 15 days or so.
Trash picking system is worse. If they don't come and pick nothing but if something wrong in your trash bag if little ripped or heavy they will charge you 70 bucks for it.
They will never forget to Charge money for time to time but if some thing that is not working they should give rent discount specially

We have 2 years in this complex and is getting worst,,no parking space,because the big trucks got 5 spaces. We have to call severe time at 11 and 12 to open the pool and clean the garbage container around. To start to doexercise on the water..eait 11 days for replace microwave because is not emergency..2 month of fix the ice machine and stil not done.
