Meridian At Providence

This was my favorite apartment I have ever lived in! I lived here for about two years and only left because I moved to a different state. If I could have taken the apartment with me I would have! The apartments are very spacious and have nice, new appliances. Meridian is close to Providence Marketplace which means all of your shopping staples are within a 5 minute drive. Even with it being so close to all of this, it still feels like a quiet, gated community. There is a lovely trail that goes for about 2 miles next to Meridian that I enjoyed taking daily walks on. I lived there for 3 years and was a great experience from start to finish. Always very well maintained. Rob, Jamey, Scott and all the staff were friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Great location and would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area.

We had an amazing experience living at Meridian! It's so wonderful that the staff members live on property and we built real relationships with them and with our neighbors. It's a great apartment to have a dog, too. Great space, amenities, and value for this area of the Nashville suburbs. Highly recommend!

My husband and I lived at the Meridian for a little over a year. We have lived in many apartment complexes and this is by far the best! Jamey Lynn and Rob are always very nice and professional, they made our stay here great! The grounds are nice and the pool is beautiful! A wonderful place to live!

Jamie is amazing in the office!! Always super professional and she definitely makes it feel like home! Honestly she needs to be running the place! I was there for a little under two years, the property is great! The pool is amazing! I love the doggy spa they have!
I only had one issue at this apartment complex and I’ve lived in several. I had also rented a garage with my lease, my garage door opener stopped working and I thought it was the batteries. Every time I tried to get into the garage it wouldn’t work and because it was after work, the offices were closed for the night. It was warm

My husband and I lived here for a year and it was absolutely AMAZING! Personable staff, perfectly manicured landscaping, quick and friendly maintenance crew, beautiful walking trail across the street, shopping center in the backyard, luxury amenities... the list goes on and on! We’ve visited a lot of luxury apartments in our days in multiple states and nothing compares to Meridian. We are going to miss it so much since we had to move out of state! 100% recommend living here, you won’t regret it!

I'm relocating soon and would love to move here. I called and spoke with Jamey Lynn today about this complex, and she was incredible!! She was very informative, super sweet, and she didn't rush me off of the phone. Once our phone conversation ended, I felt I had all of the necessary info needed plus more!

My husband and I loved living here. It was my first time living in an apartment and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. It’s a fairly quiet complex and has a good gym and a fabulous pool. Neither of which are usually crowded. They keep everything there clean and beautifully landscaped. We only left because we decided to build a house but I would definitely go back if we needed an apartment and I highly recommend living here.

Meridien at Providence is a beautiful property in an awesome location. Super convenient to the airport. The staff is fantastic. A huge shout out to Jamey Lynn - she made us feel welcome from day one and provided amazing support throughout our time here. Highly recommend.
