Petly is a secure personal health page for your pet that gives you direct access to your pet's health records 24/7. We're happy to provide Petly to all our current clients who have an active email address at the practice. Petly is a great way to view your pet's health records, anytime, plus you can easily connect with us at your convenience.
When you open the mobile app, you will be prompted to enter a connection code that the practice will provide you. To get your connection code, you must text us to request your unique code @ (757) 663-5133. We will then generate the code and text it back to you. You should then copy the code and paste it to the app's connection code box.
Keeping your loved ones safe and happy is of primary importance to us. Emergencies don't always happen during regular office hours. When we are not available, Small Animal Emergency Services is so that you are never without help for your Furbaby. This is the only hospital in the Southern Pines area that is truly equipped and staffed for after hours emergency care.

The doctors and staff at Longleaf Animal Hospital have taken excellent care of our dogs for years. They are knowledgeable and caring and went above and beyond for the care and comfort of our dogs. Even when each of our pets had to be put down (18 yr old & 14 yr old), they were very compassionate and professional in the process of saying goodbye to them. We will always appreciate their welcoming and caring approach.

I made an appointment here looking forward to a great local vet. Upon arrival I noticed the paperwork requested D.O.B., SSN , and a DLN??? For what exactly?? I'm not here for anything other than to pay cash for my pet to be seen. Anyway I left the areas on the form blank and waited for the receptionist. She again requested the information from me and when I asked why she was unable to answer. Annoyed she walked away so I did as well(actually I drove but you get the point). A long history in the neighborhood doesn't warrant requesting such information without cause to sit in file cabinets on servers
