Drs. Barrett and Corpuz recognized the need for exceptional veterinary care in a growing community and combined their expertise in veterinary medicine with the highest standards of care. The clinic opened in 2013 with two receptionists, two veterinary technicians, and two doctors. Lakeside Animal Hospital currently has over 10,000 clients and serves the greater Fort Bragg and Cameron, North Carolina area.
We now offer you an easier way to take care of your pet. Request appointments, medication refills and get alerts when your pet is coming due for medical care. Such a caring staff. Every time we lose our loved ones, they always provide a sympathy card with every staff signature on it and encouraging words.
A really nice and clean place. Vets and staff are really nice! They really helped us with Maya. We were planning to have her surgery here but it was a bit much than expected so we decided to go somewhere else. But they Really are a quality vet clinic. Great service and they really do care about your pets.
Lakeside Animal Hospital provides overnight and day boarding to our clients. Boarding reservations exceeding 1 week require pre-payment of half the total cost. Boarding that includes any holiday requires holiday pre-payment at the time of reservation. Any holiday boarding reservation canceled within 3 days of the drop off date will be charged 1 night of boarding as a penalty.
We offer a wide range of services to help care for your pets. Our hospital is equipped to handle everything from regular health checkups to emergency services including surgery. We use all state of the art equipment and the newest technological advances to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

They were able to get my baby in immediately even though she had never been seen there before after she had been injured in a fight. They were very kind and thorough with everything. They were very upfront with the expense of everything from worst case situation to best case leaving no surprises. Thank you so much for making a very scary situation so much better and for treating my baby immediately and making her feel better.

This vet is right down the street from my house so I am very pleased that the closest vet to me also has great service. They are quick yet thorough. Dr. Kang spends as much time as needed explaining my dogs issues to me as well as answering all my many questions. The vet techs are great too. I get really nervous taking my 160 lb Great Dane anywhere because he is a nervous wreck around strangers and dogs but they accommodate him very well. My dog has never come out scared or upset. Yes, they are still curbside as of the last time I went in, but I think it makes them more efficient. They have also

I’ve been taking my cat to Lakeside for a year and a half now and it’s been a good experience each visit. We haven’t been able to go inside the building due to covid restrictions but each time the tech comes to the car to scoop up my boy they’re always sweet with him. They listen to my concerns and directly address them and I feel like the pricing is in line with any other vets office. Everyone’s been great so it’ll be nice to see everyone I’ve been interacting with on the phone in person once the restrictions are lifted.

I’m so impressed with Lakeside Animal Hospital. I had to bring my puppy in for an emergency appointment. They ran some tests from the car then took him back once those tests came back negative. The vet called me three times keeping me in the loop and explaining everything that was going on. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. The price for everything wasn’t bad either. Thank you to Savannah, Ashley, Amy, and of course Dr. Culley.

The staff was absolutely amazing and I can tell they truly care about pets and their owners. Unfortunately I had an emergency situation with my dog, but they helped me in a timely manner. From start to finish they were very informative and compassionate. I will be recommending them to anyone that is looking for any type of veterinary Care. Thank you so much for all that you do!
