Is it a climbing gym? Yes. The climbing is pretty decent for a gym filled with children. Speaking of children, they need to figure out how to schedule their climbing team to accommodate everyone. The team kids hold their competitions and training DURING open gym. It’s impossible to not only climb safely, but honestly it’s impossible to climb at all when the team is training. Stone Summit, please figure out better times to host the team practices and tell your coaches to control the kids a little better. If anyone is reading this who’s considering a membership, I would reconsider. It’s good

I'm pretty new to climbing and I LOVE this place. My experience in climbing previously wasn't super - just because I had to have too much help to get beyond the most simple climbs. With their self belay system, you don't have to have a partner in order to get started, and if you do want to do harder things and have someone to belay with you, they have a great class and test for it. To be honest, I didn't pass my first belay test - and though that's sad, it's great to me that they are so serious about it. The class and test are not about your entertainment, they are about your safety. Also, I don

Definitely the best climbing gym in Atlanta. I'm a member of the three gym chain, this one has the highest walls, the newest holds, and the best route setting. The staff is friendly and stays out of the way, and it's not overcrowded. Top rope goes to 5.13b, lead goes to 5.14. There is something here for everyone. There's a great kids area, gym, training area, and of course a massive bouldering wall with everything from slab to extreme overhang. There's an outfitters shop too.

Fun place. It was our first time at the kennesaw location.. We had a low key birthday celebration. There was a little confusion on our reservation but the staff was awesome at rolling with it and getting us on the wall. The kids had a great time...I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the guy that was so accommodating but he was at the front desk around noon today. Thank you for making it a great experience.

Great gym, great atmosphere, great staff. Everyone is always super respectful and helpful. No matter your skill level there is something for you to do here. Restrooms are clean and we'll maintained. Ropes all look healthy and not frayed. Some routes do seem to be set slightly below their grade but that just makes me feel better about my mediocre skill level.
