I've been into fitness my entire life and have played sports since childhood. Over the years I became more involved in fitness after a horrific situation nearly took my life. After that ordeal, I became more knowledgeable about the body, the skeletal system, neurological system, muscular system and bodily function.
It was at that time I decided I wanted to help others, so I became a trainer. I have certifications in PT, Nutrition, Functional movement systems, Strength and Conditioning of athletes, and Senior training. My specialty is weight loss, and I'm passionate about doing nutrition and teaching people how to eat to transform their body.

When I met Charles I had been a self-professed gym junkie for about 3 years and an exercise enthusiast most of my life. I ate a relatively healthy diet, lifted weights and occasionally did some light cardio. I wasn't in love with my body, but I was relatively satisfied. I am a National Qualified Bikini Competitor.

Charles is an excellent personal trainer that actually knows what he is talking about. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced in what he does. He listens to my needs and try to make adjustments based on them. I’ve been working with him as an “online” client. I’ve managed to lose 10lbs in the last 2 months even with the crazy schedule I have and still counting! He does my meals, creates my workouts, checks in with my biweekly, and make adjustments accordingly. Charles is a top-notch trainer, motivator, educator, and person. He has personalized his approach in working with me based on my individual goals and challenges. I have been training with Charles for about 6 months now and he is been amazing. He not only trains me for my 30 minute session but, gives me workouts to complete when I train without him. The exercises are specific to my personal fitness goals. He has taught me so much about how my body uses food and what formula of diet and exercise I need to make weight-loss happen. The best decision I've ever made was to contact Charles at ThorStrength! I've always struggled with weight loss and I finally feel like I've got it under control. After having my second child, I really needed to get the extra weight off, but even more than that I wanted to learn to be more physically fit, eat better and gain strength and endurance. Charles is amazing. He excels far past average customer service and goes way beyond the bar of what it means to be normal. I set an appointment with him at 7 after he was closed, was late because I went to the wrong place , and he still waited and worked me through an entire workout assessment. He is very polite and very knowledgeable. You can always tell when someone's loves their job and Charles enjoys doing this and is good at it. Planning on signing up with him within the week and if you are sitting here readinf this and wondering if the money or time is worth it, it is.

I have been training with Charles almost 2 months. Since that time my results have been amazing. He is well adversed and knowledgeable in health,fitness and nutrition. I was able to to achieve results because he pushes me to my max while keeping my condition in considerstion.
