Services
For couples in search of an affordable wedding venue that offers exceptional service and flawless event planning, Anderson Terrace is an ideal location. Located in the middle of Northwest Austin, this 1 1/2-acre venue offers a variety of event space to host your wedding celebrations. From the Starters Whistle to the Finish Line.
All events must end no later than 10:00 during week and 11:00 weekends. The music must be turned off at 10 pm. Any parties lasting after 11 on a Sat or Sun may move inside with prior approval and only until midnight. Vendors must vacate the building by 11:00 p.m. Deliveries must be within the 10-hour rental time slot unless prior arrangements are made.
Parking for up to 70 cars on site. Valet and shuttle service will need to be contracted for offsite parking if over 150 attendees. You are welcome to bring in your own alcohol for a $400 on-premise fee for beer & wine and $500 liquor fee (includes all condiments). The on-premise fee will include Anderson Terrace bartenders for up to 5 hours for 100 people wedding.
Our basic venue rental is based on 8 hours for the wedding day, tables and chairs for 100, bridal suite, and staff on hand all day to help. We can accommodate up to 200 but only have seating for 100 so tables and chair rentals will be needed for over 100 attendees. Over 150 attendees will require a shuttle service for parking down the street, extra staff hired, and a parking attendant.

My husband and I had a blast today doing a wedding shoot! Ms. Shari is such a sweet lady filled with much love not only for what she does but for the people as well! I felt so much at home! And most importantly I recommend her and her entire team for all your community events! From weddings, baby showers, birthdays, graduations, and more! In a world where all you have to say is "wedding" and the price doubles Sherry's venue is a respite from the insanity that weddings have become. Don't get me wrong....this is a great place for a wedding or any get together. You will get fair value at a fair price and good, old fashioned, Texas customer care. I highly recommend you give this venue a look, especially if you're not a Rockefeller but want to provide your little girl with what she deserves....a beautiful wedding.

I couldn't ask for a better team and a more perfect place to get married. Shari and her team made my day so special. Everything was set up perfectly, we had plan B,C and D just Incase it rained. She let me come multiple times to see the venue to I could get an exact ideA of decor and give me a piece of mind. She was in constant communication and my giests loved her! It was a nice relaxed yet elegant venue.
Pros: pretty and nice for a low key wedding
Cons: received a text from venue owner 3 days before wedding stating the cake had not been purchased and if vanilla would be ok (thank goodness someone was able to make the banana bread cake we wanted on a last minute order)
Did not receive the "brunch" that was promised. I did get champagne and snacks but because my fiancé and sister in law got it for me.
Did not really care for the venue owner signing my "love letter" AKA guest book. She wasn't an guest. Sorry. So now I have that

Just had the most amazing wedding here! Shari and her staff are wonderful! The venue is beautiful and Shari went out of her way to make things run as seamlessly as possible. She is so easy going and down to earth. She was flexible and had perfect suggestions when we were stumped.
The venue is in a wonderful location. You get the feel of a destination wedding but the convenience of being close to home. It truly is a fantastic little oasis. Thank you so much, Shari and crew. We could not have done it without you!

We held our wedding at Anderson Terrace in April 2019. I was wanting an affordable outdoor space that allowed flexibility of vendor choices (such as caterer, DJ, etc)- what I got was so much more! Shari is a passionate owner who is easy to work with and constantly improving her property. If you are wanting an outdoor event, there is no better place in north Austin than Anderson Terrace!

My wife and I rented the space at Anderson Terrace for her 40th birthday party and had a great time. Shari and her staff were spectacular. Shari was helpful from start to finish. The backyard of the venue is spacious and beautiful. The cold temps kept most people from enjoying the view, although Shari did provide 3 large outside heaters. We had about 50 people show up for the party and was able to move around comfortably inside.
I highly recommend this venue for any party, large or small.

We had a memorial service for my father in law and I cannot even begin to say how perfect this venue was!! Sherrie was the epitome of courteous and caring and helpful and sooo very very sweet!! She had the inside set up just beautifully!! The outside was prefect for the balloon release tribute, I could go on and on about this establishment but all I will say is this was absolutely, without a doubt, hands down the best venue we could ever find if we looked all year!, and even more!! I would highly suggest this for any event you are planning, I guarantee you will Not be disappointed!!

Hold onto your pants because this is going to be a lengthy review but worth the read! If you're a bride who wants to have your dream wedding without having to sell your soul to pay for it and you want your wedding planning process to be as stress free as possible then you have found your venue. Shari, the woman in charge, is a mix between a rockstar and an angel.
