Etan acquired and consolidated the assets of two property management firms: Garden Property Management of Texas and Garden National Properties of New Jersey. I worked for Rockwell Mgnt Company for a short time, but my career ended abruptly when a resident who had dropped in his move out notice into the night drop demanded for me to retrieve his move out notice from the box one Saturday. I explained to him that I had no access to the keys to retrieve his notice, he showed me his Houston Lawyer Bar Association I.D. card and told me he was gonna have me fired. Following week, without asking to speak to me to get my side of the incident, I was let go. I was devastated. The complex I worked at was a class C property in a rough area west of I-45 close to

I live in apartment 205b at 4610 Beechnut str. Houston, Texas. I contacted the management at Meyer Oaks apartment yesterday to ask maintenance to come and fix the heat, no one came. It is freezing in my apartment. Can your management office ask Meyer Oaks to fix the heater in my apartment? I do not know what to do. I cannot sleep another night with no heat. I have tried all night to contact the maintenance emergency, no one answered. Where is the maintenance staff when we need it the most, and why is Meyer Oaks management not cooperating? By far the most inappropriate and unprofessional property management ive EVER dealt with.
Sent me to collections for a 100 and something dollar light bill which my lease ended the same day I canceled my light compact and on top of that they way they handled my break in due to the fact that they didn’t fix the lock on my door where I put in a service request a month before I got broken into. Do not invest into this property management please. Save your money and go somewhere better
