My experience has been great since the start. I was an out of state resident and did not know much about the process. My leasing agent, Andrea, worked with me start to finish and made sure I was comfortable. Management, especially Tabitha is one of the nicest people. She has worked with me on multiple occasions and is very understanding. I am super thankful to everyone at the office and the maintenance staff is quick and thorough. I have zero issues with unwanted pets or bad neighbors. I highly recommend Saddlebrook if you need an affordable place that is safe and convenient to main roads!

First and foremost, I hope that everyone is staying safe and secure during these continuous pandemic times. I would like to thank the Saddle Brooke Apartments staff. I'm very pleased with the quick response to service request from the maintenance crew, the welcoming and positive attitudes of the and the understanding property management team. This is truly a welcoming and well kept community living environment.

The nice people in the leasing office make living here such an experience. Tabitha and her team are great. Super understanding and helpful. I love my apartment. Maintenance always comes by the next day just make sure to do your request not on a Friday if you want fast result though lol i even love that they remember to leave a note on the door so you know they came. Highly recommended and 5 stars for phenomenal customer service! If you want a leasing office who engages and knows you by name and door number without looking you up this is the place for you!!! Keep doing what your doing guys !

The location is very convenient to stores, the highways and if you work within the area the commute is usually easy due to little to no traffic. The apartment building that I was in was always clean and the neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. Along with that our apartment was very spacious have updated appliances and a huge balcony! The leasing office staff were also friendly and were quick to address issues weather it was maintenance related or if we had questions regarding the pool/gym. One of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in I highly suggest this place!

I read reviews online about Saddle Brook and decided to take a chance regardless of the negative reviews. People ALWAYS leave negative reviews when they can't get their way.
I thought I would stay for a year. It's been 3 years. The management staff was nice but Annie in the front office is THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST!!!! She ALWAYS has a welcoming smile and ALWAYS was very accommodating when it came to issues I had with the apartment. I TRULY think she makes ALL the difference.
If you're renting here, ask to speak and rent from Annie. She's the GREATEST!!!
