They deleted my review. I moved out in Oct and am now getting all these bogus charges. Like "dirty kitchen" fee when i KNOW i left the house clean. HORRIBLE communication! We had to deal with months of roach infestation, NO HOT WATER, broken ac during 90 degrees MONTHS and they have the nerve to charge for a clean kitchen. They're sneaky and very untrustworthy. i will get on here and write a review over and over if i have to. disgustingly unprofessional. No wonder everyone has moved out.

I enjoyed living at Hampton Manor Apartments. The employees at the leasing office are responsive, kind and helpful. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and do a great job. Love the dog park. Lots of friendly neighbors. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
After looking at the other Google reviews, I will say that Hampton Manor does have same kinds of problems all older apartment complexes seem to have, but when I expressed a concern I always got a response and the issue was appropriately handled. I was also impressed that throughout 2020 and into 2021, cleaning staff sanitized

HORRENDOUS! CUSTOMER SERVICE! Management is rude and condescending. Good luck getting anything fixed if you have any issues, we waited over a year to get the A/C fixed. Not to mention we went an entire month during the winter without hot water. The gym was inaccessible outside their work hours, and the pool was never opened this summer and they blamed it on the pool company. We also were getting stuck inside our apartment for a few days due to the door getting jammed, an extremely unsafe situation if there was an emergency. Maintenance will put a bandage over stuff to save money. They avoid responsibility
