Cockroaches and mice everywhere after living her for 3 weeks. Kim, the manager yells at tenants when they bring up and issue. My daughter has disabilities and has a severe medical issue so we can not love with mice and bugs crawling everywhere.
Lies for weeks were told to me about maintance knowing these issues but they didn't come. Come to find out, maintance never knew.

Stayed there for over an year. The area is very safe reason being Target, FoodLion, School, Library being nearby.
They have only two maintenance guys. Something goes wrong in your apartment and they take more than a month to fix it. Parking space is fully packed always.
My apartment was visited by two mice. I complained and two mice traps were left in my apartment. Nothing else was done, none of the mice were caught in those traps. I could see those mice eating the carpets in front of me and still didn’t know what to do. Finally those mice scared me out of my apartment.

They only serve you if you are worth it-
i have not stayed in hunt club for a long time, was staying with a friend whose lease was getting over. One thing you can tell something about a community from the way they treat people who are on verge of completing or moving the lease. We had a broken dryer and though we made 10 complaints, the office simply said they had no staff to fix it. We had to do with drying clothes on a string for the last 2 months. after we moved out, we saw that the people who moved in got a brand new dryer. Hows that for wonderful service!

I'm Staying here from 2015. The location and neighborhood of the community is really good. We have everything withing walking distance. But the Apartments are not Upgraded. And the maintenance is getting Worst day by day. They never respond before one month. And the maintenance quality is very poor. I'll not recommend any one here unless they make some improvement in maintenance area.

Very bad service. We just hate it. Unfortunately we signed on a lease. Please guys never come to this again. We requested many times for laundry dryer repair and it’s been 10 days nobody came to fix it now saying it may take another week. We clearly told it’s an emergency but still no response. Very awkward service. Just hate this service. Guys, Don’t sign lease and get into problems.

We're still living there and have lived there for four years. I've rented quite a few apartments before; this was the best. In unit washer and dryer. Fairly prompt maintenance. They give you plenty of warning before coming in your apartment and only do it twice a year or so to check the AC/ducts and to change the dryer filter. They're pet friendly, the office staff is nice, and they leave you alone otherwise-- which is a big change from the places I was at before.

When I moved into this apartment last year, I believed I was getting good value for my money.
That was a serious mistake.
I moved into a one bedroom apartment expecting it to be me and my pets. Instead, I gained a number of new roommates in the form of Mickey, Minnie, and all their mouseketeer friends. And the management was completely useless in helping me get rid of my rodent buddies. Despite my suggestions of where the mice were coming from (they kept getting caught in the linen closet) if they even bothered to visit the apartment, they proved completely useless in doing a single thing about
