I would avoid living here if you could. Although the location is great, management is awful. There were so many things wrong with the building. The AC was broken frequently, maintenance took forever to fulfill requests and when they did they would come unannounced and leave our bathroom a mess to clean up, the water was turned off without notifying residents, and the gym equipment was unusable. It took over 45 days for my security deposit to get returned to me and when I notified management they wanted to blame USPS. I had to threaten legal action in order to get a new check issued. Berkshire Apartments were a headache to our family. They failed to update their system when we renewed our lease causing insufficient rent payments to accumulate in our account without our knowledge, and when everything was finally payed off and we moved out, they didn’t return our security deposit or provided any communications in regards to it. Rip off company with shady business practices. Save your hard earned money and rent somewhere else.

I'm very pleased with my apartment! The office staff (Madison & IKEA) are amazing! They act quickly responding to all of my questions and concerns I may have. Every time I go into the office I feel as if I am truly apart of a family! Vernon - the maintenance technician is so nice and knowledgeable. I always see him and he's always the same nice friendly guy! I'm happy for making my decision to live here with my family. 5 Stars plus! I'm here at least for another 5 years!

I have lived here since 2019. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful! Ikea, Madison and Maurice and his staff have always responded promptly and professionally. If I call or email, they respond and the issue has always been resolved. The building is within walking distance to the library, grocery, movie theater and restaurants. Neighbors are friendly as well!

I’ve been living at the Berkshires for about 3 years now and I absolutely love it. The office team (Ikea & Madison) is amazing and extremely helpful! They truly care about all the residents here at Berkshire. Maintenance does an exceptional job with answering requests in a timely fashion ! Vernon is super fast and efficient ! Berkshires has garage parking, a laundry room with nice machines, and a gym that I love. I like that they've recently added an ATM as well.

I enjoy Berkshire very much. The leasing department is great!! They are always there when u need them and ready to answer and help with any problems or questions that you may have. The building itself is top tier, it’s clean and has a beautiful view of Towson. It’s also right next to the mall which is a great perk!!

My experience at Berkshires at Town Center was GREAT! The employees and staff are caring and friendly! The maintenance team is quick to fixing any problem. Maurice from maintenance can LITERALLY FIX ANYTHING!
The amenities at Berkshire are great as well. Living there, I didn't need a gym membership. The apartment's gym had everything you needed from free weights to treadmills.
I highly recommend Berkshire at Town Center for anybody whose trying to get a great deal while living in a comfortable environment. FIVE STARS!
