Services
Need a roof repair? Select your roof type to learn more about what to expect and how to possibly extend the life of your current roof system and prevent further damage. Roof congestion often drives up the cost of a new roof installation or roof replacement due to decreased productivity. We find some older commercial roofs that still have abandoned equipment from years ago on them.
For over 20 years, we've combined quality roofing services and materials with professionally skilled staff and excellent customer service. We don't consider a roofing project complete until we are ready to stand behind our warranty, and that's the SECO difference. The roof of your Arizona home is your first line of defense against the elements, and it takes much more of a beating than your home's walls, windows, and doors.
Seco Roofing seeks a collaborative working arrangement when it comes to our roofing solutions. We want to educate you with systems and options to prolong, extend, maximize, and ultimately provide for the entire life-cycle of your roof system. Planned roof maintenance can often avoid the budget-breaking requirements of a new, unexpected roof installation.
The Arizona climate is constantly taxing exposed roof layers and wreaking havoc on neglected and ignored roof systems. The heat actively bakes the asphalt, leaching out waterproofing and all of the other key features that should be protecting your roof system. Your roof could have already been failing you before you moved into your Mesa or Gilbert home.
Chances are, your roof is still good. Assuming the tile or shingle profile is available, and maybe a close color match, we can help extend the life of your existing roof with our professional residential roof repair team. Maybe the builder or the previous owner chose the cheap and dirty route in the past.

The best compliment I can give to a company is a referral.
Seco was great to work with, particularly Skylar. He came out at a time that was convenient for us, turned a quote around in a couple days with 3 different pricing options and had his crew working 3 days from the time we signed the quote.
With a 30-year old roof on a house built in 1954 we expected some hiccups, especially because it rained after they started. Skylar and Scott came out as soon as we called and Skylar came the next day to check on a leak. The leak was not an actual leak in any part of the roof, just a vent pipe that didn
