Helen's love of fitness began at an early age. She practiced dance, gymnastics as well as track and field. She's an Exercise Physiologist with 35 over years' experience. She is also a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, nutrition consultant and Senior fitness specialist. Helen see's exercise as an important element in the prevention and treatment of disease.
Sunday's 9am class & Thursday's Pranayama Meditation class. Please reach out to Carmella for Zoom codes if you'd prefer to continue to take ZOOM classes. For those who have been practicing Level I poses for a period of time, and are ready to explore refinement and deepening of basic poses. Students are also prepared for more advanced standings, seated forward bends and twists, and backbends.
Add the oil, onions, and garlic to a skillet and place over medium-high heat, and cook until onions are translucent. Add the ground beef (or ground chicken) to the skillet and break it apart with a wooden spoon. Add the parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, and and pepper. Stir well. Cook for 6-8 minutes, until the meat is browned, stirring occasionally.
