Services
We have many tests available to help us understand what is ailing your pet. The most important of which are obtaining a medical history from you and performing a thorough physical exam. The hospital has the following diagnostic equipment. In-house blood machine capable of performing a complete blood count (CBC), a full chemistry panel and electrolyte levels.
Our main concern with surgical cases are your pet's safety and comfort, and your satisfaction. Our doctors are competent in a wide array of surgeries. We will examine your pet prior to anesthesia. We also recommend preanesthetic blood work. We offer the option of an intravenous catheter and intravenous fluids as support during anesthesia.
Dentistry has been an emerging field in veterinary medicine as more and more people see the connection between oral health and general well being. We have a number of veterinarians and technicians that are very interested in dentistry and do an excellent job of examining and addressing tooth problems.
Below you will find articles containing very valuable information on many topics related to the health and wellness of your pets. The pdf's are available for download from your computer of you desire to print them or save them. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 715-386-9052.
We are happy to be able to provide pet boarding services for our clients. Especially for those patients that are on long term medication. Our facility has central heat and air conditioning. Dogs are walked three times per day. High School students with special needs from Hudson and River Falls also come three times per week to walk the calmer dogs.

First experience at this facility over holiday New Year
16 yr. Old kitty Isabelle was not eating fatigue soft stools
We were here Friday night and Dr. Moore and techs were awesome.
Curbside pick up. I waited in car and got updates by phone all steps which were done.
This care during the night and holiday made me feel more comfortable. Belle has renal disease needed fluids and had inflammation
You care about these furries which are family
GOD BLESS THESE 😇

I don't think I've ever experienced a worse vet. Our first visit there was very nice - we met with Doctor Becky and it was a pleasant experience. She gave us a small lecture on a certain surgery we wanted done, but in the end we decided to go through with it.
After that first visit, everything went downhill. The receptionist and doctor that we worked with - DOCTOR KIRSTEN - was very rude and short. First, we seemed to be working with people that do not know how to fill out estimate sheets for surgeries (we had our female cat scheduled for a fix, and they put her down for a testicle removal...

I brought my 8.5 year old dog in when she had a cough, funny breathing, fast heart rate and wasn’t eating normally. Dr. Kirsten checked her out, said she was perfectly healthy just a cough, and sent her home with cough medicine. She was not improving when we put her on the cough medicine, but the vet made it seem like it could take some time. The next day I called to have her seen again and they couldn’t get me in. I brought my dog to the ER vet on Oakdale, where within minutes she was diagnosed with heart failure and put on oxygen. Will definitely not be going back to this vet.

Do blood test!! Dr Vicky Datt misdiagnosed my dogs condition on Saturday March 28, 2020 because she failed to do a blood test..which should have been done because my dog had a fever and had not eaten for over 3 days...instead Dr vicky datt took a guess on Azul's condition.. And said on March 28, 2020 that my dog injured her back,.,.which i thought… was strange and questioned..and prescribed and told me to give Azul Deramaxx 37.5 mg a day (pain med) and metronidazole 750 mg a day. If Dr Vicky Datt had done a blood test ..Dr Datt never would not have prescribed those 2 drugs.toxic drugs..

We have been bringing our cats here for nine years. Wonderful veterinarians and staff. We recently had to put our 18 year old cat Sugar out of her suffering and they were compassionate and caring during the… entire process. They even sent a card signed by the entire staff, and later we received a letter from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine that they had made a donation in her name. Very caring and professional.
