I was a resident of the 807 W Lynn property and I will try to be honest and factual in this review. Management is terrible and EG is struggling financially. Currently on the market to sell.
Upon moving in, EG had hired great repair guys that flipped all the apartments. It was an old place that desperately needed it. While I may have not gone the way about moving people out they way they did, I felt like it needed to happen. People had lived there for 8+ years but paying WAY below market prices - for crappy places but it needed the upgrade and I get the motive behind it. Those guys actually fixed
