3D printing is the best choice for quick turn, small to medium runs of industrial-strength parts, prototypes and commercial products. Thermoforming is ideal for products that can be formed from a sheet of plastic, such as custom trays, covers, containers and more. CNC machining offers the best accuracy and widest selection of materials, including thermoplastics and metals.

Urethane casting provides quality parts at a fraction of the tooling cost and lead time of injection molding. At RapidMade, we're committed to providing the highest level service for your business-no matter where you are. So whether you're based in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco or anywhere else in North America, you can count on the dedication, attention and responsiveness that you would expect from a local business.
Services
RapidMade offers a wide range of 3D printing services to ensure that you always have the right solution for your project. Whether your business needs parts, prototypes or consumer products, 3D metal and plastic printing can add value throughout product development and production. For a more in-depth overview, take a look at our Complete Guide to 3D Printing for everything you need to know about the field of additive manufacturing.
The HP Multi Jet Fusion produces the least expensive, most durable and fastest 3D printed nylon and rubber-like TPU parts on the market. RapidMade uses the HP Multi Jet Fusion 3D Printer to provide our customers with better products, faster and at less cost. Set your production free from the design limitations of traditional manufacturing-render intricate shapes with precision and durability every time.
The revolutionary Triple Threat: Unparalleled print resolution, a diverse portfolio of engineering plastics, rapid and affordable production. SLA produces high-resolution 3D printed plastic parts in relatively large volumes by selectively curing a light-sensitive photopolymer in a tank. It is a great solution for quickly creating plastic parts with the finest features and smoothest surface finish.
If you're looking for medium-sized production runs of stainless steel parts, RapidMade has you covered. Our direct metal printing service is the best option for stainless steel and bronze alloy manufacturing in quantities ranging from about 100 to 1000 parts. This new technology offers excellent value for orders that are too large for other metal printing methods like DMLS but too small for die-casting or metal injection molding.
Selecting the right material for your needs is one of the most important part of any project. In fact, we recommend picking a material first, since it will determine what technologies you can use. The industrial thermoplastics and metal alloys below offer a wide range of properties to suit any project.

These guys were amazing. The folks at RapidMade handled our project with efficiency and professionalism that I don’t see much these days. We had multiple rounds of edits to our drawings and models that they were quick to make happen, keeping us on schedule with our project. I couldn’t recommend these guys more!

Our team has been looking to align ourselves with a thermoform prototyper for awhile. There is not many out there. We are startup with a biodegradable resin looking to make packaging prototypes. Rapid Made expressed great interest in our cause and support for the environment. Looks like we found a great team.

Highly recommended! I've researched (and used) a number of different 3D printers for prototypes. They are - by far - the most cost competitive. Turnaround is super quick with a low min. order quantity. . And ... they have super helpful and responsive customer service—no small thing when you need questions answered quickly and don't want to wait and hold up the iterative process! Really relieved to have found them. It's a big plus to our workflow!

As an entrepreneur and an inventor, having access to rapid prototyping in all of it's forms locally is invaluable. Rapid Made not only has all of the cutting edge tools, but ,equally important, everyone that works at Rapid Made is engaged in the creative process and loves what they are doing. This equates to a workforce at my disposal that not only wants to get the job done, but rather, create something useful and to the exacting standards that useful prototyping demands. All of this is achieved with the support of an educated, responsive and dedicated management team that provides clear
