I have had the greatest experience in my dealings with Tiffany Square so far! The leasing process was seamless and all online. Caren was especially helpful with any questions I did have about the application or the process. She was so kind and responded promptly anytime I reached out to her and it really made me feel good about the management company and staff in the community that I’m moving into. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment.

Moving out experience was awful. Tried getting into contact with the administration and none of my calls or emails were answered. They were all ignored. I’ve been lied to about resolving or looking into the problem just for them to ignore me week after week. This is after I couldn’t even stay in the apartment my last week there because of water and mold damage in the main bedroom. I wouldn’t trust them they’ve told multiple lies.

My husband and I have been living here for just over three years. When PRG owned the complex it was a great place to live. About a year ago they were bought by a new company. The current ownership is the WORST! Very unprofessional, rude, unwilling to listen to any concerns you have. The office manager has the worst attitude and might be the rudest person I’ve ever met. The rent rates are outrageous, and they just continue to go up at each lease renewal. The only good thing I can say is that we have pretty decent neighbors in our building. We’ve never had issues with anyone we live next to.

I am currently living at Tiffany Square Apartments and i don’t really have an issue with noise, neighbors, or anything of that nature everyone is friendly and nice. My issue is with the apartment itself things break A LOT my first stay there my shower head was shooting water to the ceiling and the popcorn ceiling was falling down it’s been almost a year now and it’s still not fixed. They fixed it to where the water wouldn’t keep ruining the ceiling but they never fixed the ceiling. Want A/C in those hot summer months forget about it. It was so hot in my apartment i couldn’t sleep at night
