I have been living in one bedroom apartment in Tau Vally and I decided to move to 2 bedrooms apartment. My experience was not nice at all and I already regret it, the units are very old and the main sitting area has no lights and extremely dark I had to buy my own. The worse part is the air conditioning, it is extremely hot up stairs there are no air going up and when I reported the issue the only fix was to close the downstairs vents, now both living room and bed rooms are extremely hot.

Quiet & peaceful area! Not even a mile from the hospital (very convenient at times). Residents & staff are great and friendly. Love the amenities, especially the swimming pool!

Staff is nice and always eager to help resolve issues and answer questions. But the quality of the unit isn't best, hence the 3 stars. Moving in, everything looked great but after living in the unit for about 3 months, you start seeing all the bandages come off. Had recurring electrical problems, the air barely reaches the second floor so we're constantly hot every night in the summer time, water leaking... Also, if your neighbors smoke inside their home, you'll bet to smell it inside yours as well.

Went in for a quote on a 2 bed room apartment for 3 months after previously getting a quote over the phone and it was totally different. They quoted me 978 over the phone. In person i was told 1,613 for a two bed room. 1613 is almost double the rent.

That a joke, most of these reviews are from staff and staff's family. This place isn't all it cracks up to be. The manger is not a friendly and out going person. She only thinks of herself. They only fix stuff if they like you.

I HAVE THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH TAU VALLEY MOST EVERYDAY, THE MANGER AMANDA AND THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH . THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO TAKE CARE OF ANY REPAIRS OR ISSUES . ALWAYS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
