Services
We have been doing commercial and residential remodeling since 2007. Couples Repair Replace And Restore started as DBA and later on became an LLC in 2017. In 2020 we decided to simply our name to Couples Construction. We enjoy remodeling, new construction and commercial projects but our absolute favorite is historical remodels.
At Couples Construction, we are meticulous when we are working on a construction project whether it's a commercial or residential one. We go above and beyond your expectations and we do our best to help you save money in the process. You can count on us to work on your residential real estate from drafting and design to new construction or full service remodeling we have you covered.
Working Drawing includes a PDF file and two copies, additional copies are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost of $2.00 per page. Upon completion of the building project, 1% of the overall cost up to the cost of the plans can be credited back to the customer at final construction invoicing, only if we are chosen as the General Contractor or Construction Manager for a project that we have created plans for.
