Jay Mykytiuk is a superstar lawyer who assisted my girlfriend with a traffic infraction in the highly punitive Arlington VA district. Got into some trouble and Scrofano law was very helpful. Mr. Mykytiuk was very helpful and responsive to my case and handled it swiftly and professionally.
