Best customer service ever! I needed alarge photo printed on acrylic in less than a week. They told me it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get the acrylic but would see what they could do. They were able to get it within a few days, printed it and even stayed late after hours so that I could pick it up in time. I tried to tip David for staying late and told him to go get something that would make happy. He refused the tip and said he was just doing his job. He, along with Sarah, did way more than just their job and I am so grateful! The photo is beautiful too!

Our volunteer crew which has been working on restoration of a century-old narrow-gauge steam locomotive in New Mexico for a number of years had ProGraphix prepare some display boards explaining to visitors the history of the engine and the progress of our restoration. Our ProGraphix rep Shelbi Macfarlane and her colleagues were exceptionally helpful and quick in getting the boards printed, and they look perfect. We've now been using the ProGraphix team to provide all our wide-format needs for over 6 years. Our factory is safer and more visually appealing because the department signage is distinct, work instruction signage is clear and informative, and branding on the walls just pops. Through the challenging times of the past year, even our office space with those great gigantic acrylic panels still felt safe and comfortable. We'll continue to use this team for all our large format needs.

Our event agency produced a huge pandora concert during sxsw and we were in a pinch for a graphic / printing company to help us since our original Vendor was not able to turn it in time. Not only was prographix able to print all of our stage banners, fence banners, printed cards, decals that were all crucial for the event - they were able to do it in such a short window of time AND sandy had delivered them to me each day because of our urgent needs!! Hands down the best customer service ive ever experienced & our show wouldnt have happened if it wasnt for their amazing team.

I live in the Los Angeles area and needed some last minute graphics for our SXSW space. I contacted a few companies that I found online but Nicki at ProGraphix was the most responsive. She was patient with our odd requests and requoted our job multiple times without complaint. Nicki and the rest of the team at ProGraphix printed and delivered our signage and stanchion graphics to the SXSW space and even coordinated sending our signs back to us in California.
