I have lived at the Parker for over 3 years and have really enjoyed it. The floor plans are great, amenities are well maintained and the office staff is friendly. The maintenance staff is by far the best and most helpful, Jorge and Carlos are always smiling and say hi while keeping the property in great shape. Overall have had a good experience living here!

My family and i have been here for just about year now and plan on renewing our lease again for another wonder year. We have lived at many other apartments over the years and have never had anything like the experience we have had here. From the office staff always so warm and friendly to the AMAZING maintenance staff who have always been there when we needed them we have no complaints of our time here. We can not say it enough , we love living at The Parker at Maitland Station.

We have lived at The Parker for 6 months and we absolutely love it. It was the first apartment we looked at in the Maitland/Winter Park area, and nothing we saw after that even came close in comparison. We absolutely love our home- it feels like we are at a resort every day! The leasing and maintenance staff are absolutely WONDERFUL and responsive. We have gorgeous amenities that are always clean and we feel very safe here. Don't let the train station scare you! The windows are truly sound-proof and it's awesome having the Sunrail right in our back yard. Pet friendly, family friendly- can't say

I absolutely love living here. I took a chance on this community coming from New York. I definitely made the right decision in picking a community because of the great location and the great amenities included here. Office staff and maintenance are amazing. Very dog friendly! I love living at The Parker! The pool area, gym, work spaces and game room are all such a bonus. Also, while I’ve never had any major maintenance issues, the maintenance staff is always so friendly and I know they’ll get the job done. I do live next to the road so sometimes I can hear cars driving by but it doesn’t bother me too much. I never hear my neighbors though which is a huge plus!

I’ve lived at the Parker since October of 2018 and just renewed my Lease. The convenience of living next to The Maitland SunRail Station initially attracted me. I feel very much at home here now. The quality, amenities and responsiveness of our maintenance department make it feel like living in a Resort. I highly recommend the Parker at Maitland Station.

I just moved out of The Parker at Maitland Station, and I feel that I should warn residents and potential residents. To begin with, when we moved in last year (2019), we signed our lease on impulse because its so beautiful, and new (our fault for falling for it). Granted, a different company was managing the Parker at the time. Even with 2 months… free, the price for a 1124sq ft 2 bedroom apt, after prorating across12 months, was over $1700.
