I have family living here. The place itself is really nice,
comfortable and cozy. However, management leaves a lot to be desired. These are seniors, who still contribute to the economy and to their community. So, I don't see a need to be rude to them. But, management here seems to think its okay to leave rude notes to residents on the office door. Totally UNACCEPTABLE! If the people didn't live there then the property manager wouldn't have a job. HQ needs to send their property manager at this location for more training on customer service! That's the only reason I gave it three stars.

Can’t See Apartments before putting down deposit I lost my security application credit $ and money because I was not able to see an apartment. So they took the deposit money away even though they said they would hold it until something came available.can’t get hold of them on the telephone. bad management. Very disappointing.

I love the security they have for there tenants. Now, they just have to make more private the parking garage. Anyone, can just come in open the back doors through the garage or climb through these open square like windows and access any sliding open doors to any of the tenants apartments them not knowing. Also, at night that area is to dark anyone can hide. In general, the apartments are beautiful and the area is good.

All seniors community which do look out for one another. They has a good spot for the surrounding areas for entertainment. Fire Department and law enforcement are passionate about their community. The manager smokes much cigarettes daily and I thought it was a nonsmoking community's. It has strong odors in her office and onto her pores of her skin and breath. My parent was ill from this, and had to be hospitalized & treated for second hand smoke. Have your love ones visit their doctor for testing for tobacco. This community also need security, and gated access to the premises to protect their vehicle
