We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.

I was very impressed with the complex and the staff, but the only thing that turned me off is how congested their location can be. Traffic in the area makes rush hour a nightmare. Unfortunately, they cannot control this, so if you work odd hours or work from home, this will probably be a great apartment complex for you!

You won’t find a better place to live in the Maitland area! Spacious, quiet, safe, centrally located, and wonderful staff that really care about the residents. A huge selling point for me was that these are concrete construction buildings, so I feel very safe now that we are entering hurricane season. By far the best apartments I’ve lived in since moving to Orlando in 2011!

I’ve lived here since 2014, and it’s a wonderful property. The staff is very attentive, and they are regularly making improvements. Maintenance requests rarely linger longer than 24 hours as there are a handful of guys who take care of this stuff right away, definitely one of the best parts of living here. Neighbors seem very friendly and everyone gets along just fine. The Q Maitland definitely feels like home to me. You can’t beat the neighborhood and the fact that these aren’t cookie cutter apartments with paper thin walls. Happy to be a resident.

Now I know what the "Q" stands for, Quality! One of your new residents, Cedric, gave me the Grand Tour when I stopped by to see his new place .I felt like I was at a resort with the beautiful landscaping, but very much at home with the pet friendly environment. I met the property managers' Micheleen and Melanie, who answered every question I had about the "Q"and then some. Their great customer service and the spacious apartments definitely has my recommendation to out of state friends moving to Orlando.

It is great to be a neighbor of the Q at Maitland. The place, the people and management are all super friendly, respectful and good. The Manager, Micheleen is responsive, professional and always looks out for the community and the tenants. I love forward to many more years and memories next to the Q.

We love The Q! The buildings are concrete, so you can’t hear your neighbors. They offer nice floor plans, and the rent is great for the area. We feel safe, the location is so close to shopping, restaurants, and bars that you can walk to, but far enough off 17-92 so you don’t hear traffic. You have so many beautiful lakes and parks in walking distance. The maintenance team is unbeatable! I have never waited more than 24 hours for a repair. The ladies in the leasing office are super responsive and sweet. We are so happy here we don’t plan on leaving until we buy a home.

I been leaving at the Q for 11 years and is been the best time of my life. All this years living here not worry about nothing, super secure, anything that we need to be fix the maintenance guys are super fast, not complaints at all.
This is my personal opinion, I really love the Q
Other thing that I love about the Q is how Sweet and professional are the ladies

I moved into The Q a year ago and so glad I chose it over the newer complexes that are cheaply built with paper thin walls. Once you enter the apartment it is quiet and peaceful. The location is close to everything but a hidden gem off the main road. The staff is helpful and the property is well kept. I love the sconces that light the hallway and it feels like I am returning home to a luxury hotel. Residents clean up after their pets and are respectful to one another. Highly recommend.

I LOVE living at the Q. It is peaceful, quiet, safe and truly feels like a home to me. Convienant to so many places. My apt felt like brand new, never been lived in before, on the first day I moved in. Lindsey was wonderful through the application process and made sure everything went so smooth. Service requests are met very quickly (although everything in my apt works so well I've only had 1 very minor issue). I very grateful I found the Q. Best apt I've ever lived in!

I have not rented in a really long time and was not happy about having to do so. At least not until I moved into the Q at Maitland.
I could not be happier living here. The facilities are 1st class. It's secure, clean, well maintained, walking distance to everything you need and the on-property amenities are top notch also. Workout facility, resort style pool area, amazing clubhouse, interior corridors, just to name a few.
The staff is second to none, always smiling and super responsive to their resident's needs. I actually enjoy going down to get the bills and junk mail from my box

We moved here from out of state and the staff was very welcoming and inviting to move it. The positives end there. The place charges for everything including a garbage service that you cannot opt out of. There are tadpoles swimming in the dirty pool (the property of full of frogs and giant grasshoppers which isn't a problem for me but may be for some) and they do not respond to requests in a timely manner. My dishwasher was never fixed and smelled like sewer. We never used it for this reason. When we moved in there were beer caps on the floor like someone had a party in my empty rented space

I moved here from St. Louis and was so lucky to have found The Q at Maitland. They truly are luxury apartments - super quiet and newly renovated apartments with modern touches like granite countertops, lush tropical landscaping that's always kept up, and perfect poolside setting that doesn't get crowded and feels more like a vacation than a home. Neighbors are nice and range from young professionals to small families to nice retirees. Maintenance and property managers are very responsive and accommodating. They extend the hospitality with various community events - like a poolside luau

The entire staff is very friendly and polite. They have tried very hard to make my stay here as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The apartments are extremely nice. Their extras and appliances are top notch. Everything seems new or newly renovated; plus everything is so well maintained. You must see their pool area. Their community room and workout rooms are also nice.
