I live in the largest one bedroom model called The Lotus. I’ve looked at many apartments and this one had everything i was looking for and it was the right fit for me. The apartment is modern and the appliances are an upgrade and i have a huge kitchen. I absolutely love the layout and the view I have of the court yard is gorgeous. What I love about this specific apartment complex is how clean they keep it. The maintenance staff is wonderful and so helpful as well as the front office staff. I’m very happy here.

Very friendly staff, but so many technical issues. I would recommend living on a lower floor because if you're on the 7th floor it can be a little taxing if the elevator is broken. There's only 1 elevator that goes to the 7th floor, so when the elevator is broken (which is a quite often these days) be prepared for quite the journey. Some of the doors on the stairwell are locked so trying to get back on your floor might be a task as well. Sometimes the call box doesn't work when trying to buzz guests in utilizing the video feature. The phone lines do not work, so I suggest visiting

I have been living here at 400 North now already 6 months. If you are reading this review and still wondering if this is the place for you, I will share my experience. Friendly staff, amazing amenities, great community and activities now and then. Always following COVID guidelines. This is for me a dream, amazing views from my balcony, and every time I submit a ticket or I get it done the same day (if done early) or I get it done next business day first time in the morning. Loving my experience every single day here!

I'm honestly not surprised with all the horrible reviews, I have been leasing from this place since it opened in 2019. During the course of this time I have chalked a lot of things up to growing pains. However, this place is expensive, you can hear everything through the walls, the hallways are always dirty. It's also suppose to be smoke free property and people are always chain smoking to the point where you can't open your windows. Additionally, most of the time I have lived on this property, all the amenities were closed due covid and never once was there a rent adjustment or

Relocated from another state and did not have much time to tour the area. The leasing agent only showed me one unit and I signed at first glance. I was drawn in by the proximity to Publix, nearby parks, and large balcony facing 17-92.
During the first week, my A/C malfunctioned. Maintenance installed a clunky window unit with duct tape which they left for weeks while they serviced the thermostat. The thermostat is awfully cheap and forces you to program settings. You need a manual to set the temperature.
There is no light fixture or ceiling fan in the bedroom.
The washer/dryer was not connected

Happy to be at home at 400 North. Izzy F., my leasing professional, did an excellent job in finding me my new home. He worked hard to get all my questions answered in a timely and professional manner. He was fantastic to work with from beginning-to-end delivering outstanding customer service. I recommend him to anyone apartment hunting in the Maitland/Winter Park area. If you are considering 400 North as your home, get in touch with Izzy.

The community has been great. I always enjoy the convenience of the garage during inclement weather. The gym is nice!! Lots of machines to choose from. All the neighbors I run into are very kind and the team in our leasing office work hard on resolving our concerns in a timely manner. I’m happy my girlfriend convinced me to try this place out when I was unsure. I can’t wait to renew another year here.

I have not had a returned call to my many many emails to the entire office including the manager and asst. manager. Non communication is the worst. I'm getting an attorney if things don't improve with communication ASAP. This place is affecting my health and my asthma/allergies and gives me stress beyond believe to know that no one cares here. Everything that everyone else has said below is true. :( I'm seriously disappointed.

I guess my expectations were too high...lets do this as pros and cons.
Pros:
Courtyard and pool area are beautiful
Publix is next door
Decent sized units
Cons:
People treat the courtyard like a dog park, allowing dogs to run with no leashes, jump on people, peeing everywhere and barking.
The counter tops are not sealed so be sure not to spill anything on the stone.
CHEAP CONSTRUCTION with no attention to detail (paint on carpet, laminate hardwood, and terrible quality drywall work).
The package system is a failure and without a properly working code you cant get your packages.
Management threatens

I have lived in these apartments since they opened in July 2019, I was patient and understanding in the beginning as I was aware that construction and finishing touches still needed to be completed and that the leasing office was figuring out their permanent staff and I know that a lot was on their plates with welcoming new residents and managing the current ones. However, I would never recommend this complex. I have had a very frustrating experience ever since living here. They advertise as "luxury apartments home" however they are nothing of the sorts. This complex reminds me of my

These apartments are awful. You can hear EVERYTHING above you, even the slightest footstep. It was built very poorly.
Another thing, the office answers all of residents' concerns in a very vague way. (For example) I've been calling/emailing for months asking about when the gate will up in the garage. For the past almost SEVEN months, they've told me "the gates are in the process of becoming operational". Oh? It's not rocket science. I pay a lot of money to feel safe, and they don't care. Once you're a signed resident, they seriously don't truly care

I looked at these apartments and applied, which I thought was going to be easy and convenient, boy was I wrong. Not only did it cost me $325 just to apply... But then they wanted me to sign something for the social security department. When I refused, saying I'm applying for an apartment, not a job with the government. I was told I would lose my application fee of $75 and that the $250 administration fee would be returned. Then I was told it could take up to 30 days for them to return my money. Since then, I have left several messages and spoke with multiple people, only to never have my calls
