I was hit by a car while cutting my lawn in the late spring. I contacted Winston and Hiestand shortly after the accident. I was going through a lot, and dealing with this case was something I didn't want to have to deal with. Jonathan was my case manager, and I couldn't be happier with how he helped me through this process. The settlement was much more than I ever suspected it would be. I couldn't recommend Winton and Hiestand enough.

When I called I got a companionate kind person not a call center.. my case has not yet settled but I feel very comfortable with the group and Tina who is professional and very very kind.
