Chantyl Prieto is the most confident manager that i have ever experienced. Always ready to help she goes over and above to be helpful to all who to come into the office of the apartments. I appreciate having her as manager.

Chantel is an amazing young lady. She runs the apartments with care and dedication to the tenants. She is always smiling and always helpful! There is a waiting list to get in here but once you're here it is a nice living situation. She needs a helper and so does Dan the maintenance man. But they both go above and beyond to take care of the tenants here at the apartments. I am very happy to be living here amongst all of these residents. Chantel and Dan take excellent care of us.

I have lived here for just over 6 years and have loved being here. The apartment is excellent and the maintenance is awesome. We have had a few different managers and they have been professional and very helpful. 👍

Under new management and apartments are very old with a window air conditioner mounted in the wall and they don’t work right, maintenace takes for ever to complete work orders. Trash, dog fesses abd cigarettes all over. Very unhealthy. New Managment and maintenance spreads lies and personal information. Maintenance is only one guy and takes all his work time talk and having cigarettes with older single lady’s. Utah is investigating this and is prepared to shut this unhealthy property down.

I love it here, it's quiet and the people are great. Last place I lived was terrible, it's nice to feel safe again!
