THEY ARE ACCUSING US OF HAVING AN IMAGINARY CAT.
Yes, you read that correctly.
I was accused of having two cats when in fact I only have one. I was told that they do not need to be nice to me and that they did not need to be professional about their approach. I was basically bullied for doing absolutely nothing wrong. They had 5 people rush into my home unannounced on an assumption at best. There was absolutely no apology, the manager condoned this unethical behavior and took part in it herself.
I've filed a formal complaint with the Keller Investment company and will be speaking with the regional

This apartment complex doesn't care for you as a person. Only for money. They say one thing about pricing, then change their minds. They say okay to something, then change their minds. They aren't a good place for a family or just people in general to move in with. They never clean the pool or the hot tub, their is always leaves floating at the top or at the bottom of the pool, we think even glass was in there at some point. We also got kicked out for something that wasn't even our fault and even a lawyer said so.

The apartments are not in the best condition - stains in carpets, plumbing needing immediate and constant repair, indents in floors - quality that should be charged more like low income housing, not being priced the same as brand new complexes nearby. Cabinets and appliances are old and in disrepair - the dishwasher barely worked. They just did a massive renovation to the leasing office, making it look like the office of upscale lofts in downtown SLC while the apartments are run-down and falling apart. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues but there were just so many issues that it was a hassle

I love this place! Maintenance is crazy fast at fixing problems. My roommate and I went to the office to put in a couple of work orders and by the time we got back to our apartment Kyle was already there ready to help us. And on top of that the job was really fast! Thank you Kyle we really appreciate you! 😁

I’ve been living here for a couple months and have enjoyed it so far. Jordan helped me with my move and was great to work with! I have also talked to some of the others girls and they have been very helpful as well. The location is perfect and close to my work but there is also lots shopping areas around.

We’ve been living here for about 2 months and have loved it so far. The community feels very safe and quiet. The grounds are kept very clean, even though some residents refuse to pick up after their dogs. I love that it’s located near all the stores. The gym is also amazing! I would recommend these apartments to others. I’m also very excited to see the clubhouse that’s currently being renovated.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
OVERPRICED. The price of the place far exceeds the quality. This place is cheap. cheap vinyl flooring, unattractive appliances, and uneven flooring. There are at least 4 different spots where my roommate and I can feel dips in the floor. We reported this to maintenance and they said that the office would get back to us --they never did
2) POOR COMMUNICATION. As stated above the maintenance people said that they head office would get back to us in regard to the floor--they didn't.
3) MONEY-GRABBING/DISHONEST. My roommate is in the military and at the time he not only let
