Falcon Park Apartments

I recently just moved out of Falcon Park after living there for 3 and a half years. Unfortunately I had to break my lease early but the office ladies were very helpful in answering any questions I had, making it a smooth process. Never had any problems the time I lived there. It was overall a great place to live!

I honestly have no clue why there are so many bad reviews, because we lived at Falcon Park two separate times (studio in 2014 and two bedroom from 2015 to 2017) and we had a great experience both times. Management was nice and efficient, the maintenance men were good, and they didn't try to screw us over when we moved out.

My husband and I are looking for a place to live. Applied here, wasted a week of time where we could if been looking else where, to be denied.
They gave us a denial letter, but won't tell us exactly why we were.
Gave us a number to call, but that number can't give specific reason as to why it was denied. Leaving us frustrated and unhappy with no answers to why it was denied.
Poor way to do business

I’ve lived here at the property since 2014. I love it here. Love my apartment. I love the peace and quite I have here. Maintenance is absolutely phenomenal. Will, Marco and Julio are very prompt and are quick to fix the issue. The management team is great. Very friendly and out going. My only complaint is there never seems to be enough parking for friends/guest. But over all I’m happy with my home and the team that manages the site.

People expect too much for a reasonably priced apartment complex in a good area. Requiring a paper check to pay rent is obnoxious, it’s 2020... Management was a major pain to work with when we initially moved in. Granted the ladies in the front office are always changing so it might be better now. We deep cleaned every corner of the apartment before we moved out and made it way cleaner than what it was when we moved in and still got charged a cleaning fee. Pretty pathetic but they need money so it’s whatever. Expect extra fees to be charged when you move out just because they can. Neighbors

We lived here Falcon Park Apartments for 8 years now. The office staff ROCKS and the Maintenance Guy's are great at getting things done in a timely manner. They're friendly too! I'd recommend these apartments to my friends and family members.

Completely unprofessional and office staff find it amusing to waste your time. Website mentions management lives on property, but office staff says they are unavailable for 5 days?
Our application was denied and that's fine. But they are withholding our deposit since Tuesday and are unwilling to hand it over till Monday. That's a full week. Why is management available to take a deposite immediately but is no where to be found when its time to give it back?

My 3 bedroom apartment is spacious! I love the openness of the floor plan. I love the neighborhood, it is safe and secure. The fitness center is small but still easy to workout and is now open 24 hours! The Jacuzzi and swimming pool are maintained very well. The office staff is AMAZING! They are friendly and outgoing. Each one of them will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The maintenance staff is quick to get works orders completed. If you are looking for a great place to rent, this is the place!!!!
