I was referred by a friend to call and try to get in. I called them, the front receptionist told me to email the doctor. I emailed the doctor and she told me to call the office. Okay. So I called the office back, told them that the doctor told me to call them back. They asked for my insurance. I said Medicaid. They said "oh, she doesn't take Medicaid." I said, "really? Lets just say that Ashley Gallaway is heaven sent. I have a 11 year old and a 16 year old that really enjoy their time with Ashley. If you are worried your child wont open up, dont be; she has a way with children and teens. I see progress in both of them and am so thankful to have her as their counselor.

Dr. Miller does not have any appointments set aside for acute mental health crises. My son had an appointment scheduled with him but had a significant crisis involving harming others and Dr Miller not only refused to move his appointment up or see him in the emergency, he also did not help when we asked for a referral to someone who could see our son to adjust his meds sooner. (He ended up in patient at the St. Vincent Stress Center, so when I say acute crisis I am not overstating.) It is irresponsible for a psychiatrist to have no emergency appointments available.
