Services
Dr Dole grew up in a small town in eastern Washington and later attended Washington State University, where he earned a dual major in English and Biomedical Sciences. He then earned his DMD at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in 2015. Dr Dole seeks to create a positive and welcoming environment where people can feel comfortable and know that they are valued.

I have been going to Edelweiss for a little over a year. I have had two different dental assistants clean my teeth, both excellent. I recently had my first full crown done, went exceedingly well. I had to have a partial crown done right after that... and the temporary acrylic fell out unceremoniously. It was in a tough spot and I had trouble not using it. Dr. Dole took my call on his day off, then came in and put a new temp in on yet another day off... a Saturday. Superb service, much appreciated. I have never had a doctor that can numb my lower jaw on the first and only insertion of numbing agent

When Dr. Hahn was the primary dentist I loved this place. Calm, patient, and friendly. He made me feel safe and secure despite my dental anxiety.
Dr. Colin Dole botched three fillings for my wife, causing considerable pain. As her dental anxiety worsened, he said the pain was "all in her head" and that she "needed to calm down," blaming her dental anxiety for his incompetence.
Each botched filling attempt included ineffective anesthesia and dismissing her pain as unimportant. The low level of professionalism after his repeated failures as a dentist will have us looking elsewhere for dentistry

Was talked into replacing a feeling that I was not having any problems with. The onlay that they replaced it with caused me significant to the sensitivity and had to be replaced. 7 months later, I still have a constant, dull ache in this tooth. I was told that the onlay may have caused perminent sensitivity in this tooth and that I may need a root canal to fix it. I spent $1300 and had 6 office visits and now may have permenant nerve damage to fix something that was totally first in the first place. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for dental care.

I was a patient for a couple of years and had a lot of work done in that time. I then moved and decided to find closer Dentist.
On vacation this week one of my crowns started to hurt and broke off. I called edelweiss dental to set up an apt (because the crown was less than 4 years old) and was told they do not except my insurance so they could not help me! I am now worried about the other dental work they did for me! I have crowns that have lasted 15 years without issue! I am disappointed with my service and hope that this review helps others.

Dr. Dole and his staff provided an incredible first experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I left. His front office checked me in with a friendly smile. His hygienist provided one of the most thorough cleanings I’ve ever gotten and did so with a soft touch and great attitude. His assistant was extremely patient with me while taking my x-rays. Dr. Dole gave me a very thorough exam, taking great care to make sure every tooth was indeed healthy. We love Edelweiss Dental and cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hahn. He is absolutely hilarious but don't think that distracts from his professionalism. He has a very modern office and great tools. He also is good about not pressuring you into unnecessary procedures but giving you "wish list" or "someday" items rather than just making money by making you get procedures done. The hygiene and reception staff are also absolutely wonderful and make you look forward to a trip to the dentist. Personally, I also love the waiting are with the coffee machine, pictures of the alps, and the St. Apollonia

I agree with the other viewers, i'm A big fan of Tawny and Dr Hahn as well. I needed a root canal and Dr Hahn explained the whole procedure from start to finish as well as why I needed to have it. He was right, I am no longer experiencing pain. I've never felt pressured for extensive dental work just suggestions.

Dr. Hahn and his amazing staff at Edelweiss Dental are so friendly, and they always make you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Their customer service is outstanding. I had treatments that required me to be in the office every 6 weeks, and the atmosphere was the same positive and friendly environment every single visit. They really are as good as it gets!

I really can't say enough about Dr. Hahn and his friendly staff. They make going to the dentist a delight! From the coffee in the lobby, to the sunglasses and a blanket during my cleaning, they go out of their way to make their patients comfortable and relaxed.
I found myself without dental insurance during my last visit, and they offer payment plans, which I thought was also really great.
It also helps that Dr. Hahn himself has a great personality and is a pleasure to be around.

Today was my first visit to this practice. Hubby & I had reached a level of frustration with an area chain practice (think: fruit logo) refusing to return. Thanks Yelp Reviewers for the wonderful recommendations. I sent hubby in first -- you know, to test the fluoride for me, so to speak. He was quite satisfied with the experience. I never take the time to write reviews, but I could not be happier with my experience finding Dr. Bird at Edelweiss Dental. The Office is a converted house which creates a welcome feeling from the minute you walk in the door. The staff is great and Dr. Bird is super friendly and funny. The only problem is not being able to joke back with a bunch of stuff in your mouth.
I love that I can request appointments online and confirm through email. After working in a call center for many years I hate having to call.

It's been several years since I needed any real dental work so I was a bit nervous about the...you know, the shots! Dr. Hahn has great technique with this and I didn't even feel them :-) LaTania the dental assistant was great and even the office manager was attentive to my comfort level. A very personable experience.

I went here for a cleaning and was blown away by the service! Every single employee was extremely friendly. Through the whole process things were explained to me (didn't even have to ask), no one was pushy about getting dental work done, everyone knew what they were doing. I did not receive any negative/condescending comments regarding my oral hygiene. They paused for breaks incase you need water or to use the bathroom. In addition to all this I have issues with my blood sugar and was on a strict time schedule, they were extremely understanding and accommodating!

My soft, porous, teeth have seen far too many dentists. Fortunately, they've found a permanent doctor with Dr. Hahn. He is bar-none the best dentist I have had my entire life, and I whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone searching for a new office. I won't bore you with the details, but he and his office pay close attention to the detail of your teeth and gums, along with who you are as a person. In fact, after giving birth to our first child, the office sent flowers to our home. They are warm and greeting every time we arrive, know the name of our dogs, always ask how we are doing

I am a new patient. I have been going to dentists for 40 years. This is the most welcoming, pleasant and personable dental staff I have encountered. Dr. Hahn and Tanya, the hygienist, did the most thorough dental examinations I have ever had. They were diligent in explaining step by step everything they were doing. They took a surprising amount of time with me and answered all my questions. Latanya, the lead dental assistant was very attentive to my comfort as she took the digitalized pictures of my teeth, and so cheerful. Leah, at the front desk, was very gracious and helpful about my insurance

While the staff and Dr. Hahn himself are nice they get one star for charging me for services I did not ask for or agree to.
I came in for minimal exam because of an ongoing toothache. I got a referral to an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth out - then I got a bill for $350. Turns out they decided to give me a more involved comprehensive exam, which is NOT what I was told or asked for they just went ahead and did it.

I've been going to Edelweiss for several months now and I love it! The office is really warm and inviting and I feel really comfortable there. Dr. Hahn is very attentive and always makes sure I'm comfortable and pain free. I love the staff also, really nice and professional but not stuffy.
The hygienist is very detail oriented and gives me pointers on how to keep my teeth healthy. Love her! And she's not rough with the floss, as some are.
My experience with Invisalign there has been great too. Making appointments is super easy and convenient with their extended hours.
