I went to East Burn Dentistry to see Dr. Lee on 2-20-22 as a new patient. Two of my sisters recommended him to me. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to see him. He is kind, very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was the only person who mattered. His staff is wonderful especially his hygienist Ana. I felt comfortable from start to finish and no cavities. BONUS!!!

I do NOT recommend this dentistry. Here is why.
I came in for the very first time back in June 2021 for just a regular cleaning. They tricked me into what's called periodontal cleaning (which was justified but not entirely necessary) and broke it into 2 sessions (1 for the upper teeth and 2nd for the lower ones). That of course was not covered by insurance and they charged around $57 with my current plan per session. I came in again today (10/25/2021) for another cleaning which was supposed to be a regular one (Jacquelin - one of their hygienists -insured me it would be the regular one back in

Today's appointment can best be reflected in the 3 C's: compassion, care and competence. Dealing with an unusual and hopefully temporary impairment, I required an accommodation of sorts which was provided efficiently and easily. Dr. Lee and staff were more than receptive and helpful and made a difficult situation much easier.

I became a patient of Dr. Lee when my previous dentist sold his practice. Since that time Dr Lee has performed several procedures, including an implant and all of the work was virtually pain free. This is a big deal to me. Beside his excellent technical ability, he is easy to communicate with. His staff are also friendly yet professional. As far as I'm concerned, I'll remain a patient until he retires.

He 100% cares about you and your health. Always takes the time to visit and truly listen to what you have to say. He takes time to not only to ask about you but he takes the time to share about himself as well. I love how he goes into detail about his concerns for your dentistry needs and will explain all the options you have. He has a way to find the right way to take care of you and to make it to where it will benefit you in the long run. He has integrity and is honest and is a Dentist that I would recommend to anyone!

I was there for the first time yesterday and was completely happy with the treatment I received. I went in to reestablish care after not seeing a dentist for the past couple of years. They alerted me to a serious problem and began to develop a treatment plan right away. They also have an in-house discount/savings plan, not insurance, that will save me much money.
