Vernon Oakes is the president and founder of the company. He has a strong background in management and operations; developed in corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Mr. Oakes has significant experience is a wide range of business activities including finance, marketing, sales, sales forecasting, distribution and service, and systems design; both national and international.
Please note it is our policy to check credit, criminal background, references, employment AND landlord verifications for every adult applying to live at a property we manage. We check credit, references, written employment verification and do a criminal background check. We do a written verification with your current and/or prior landlord.
A management company is contracted by the Board of Directors to provide such services as: Collection of dues, supervision of subcontractors, obtaining bids for subcontracted services, providing financial statements and collection reports, as well as a general clearing house for problem solving, communications with homeowners and the Board of Directors and to serve in an advisor capacity.
