April Lam is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Herzing University in 2019, with a Post MSN Family Nurse Practitioner certificate. In addition to this she holds a MSN from Western Governors University in Nursing Leadership and Management. She is also certified in Medical Acupuncture, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement and Medical Esthetics.

Just an overall very poor experience. Unsanitary facility, uncomfortable service, poor staff, not the style of treatment I was told on the phone prior to purchasing it was. Should have trusted my instincts and walked out immediately but Thought if give them a chance. I have been to several hydrotherapy facilities and had multiple treatments and have never had a negative experience until this one.

This place is AWESOME. I bought a groupon for B12 and colon hydrotherapy and the staff was very friendly and patient with me (I can be a little difficult) The colonic lady made sure I was comfortable and its hard for me to trust people, especially for a very sensitive/private part of my body. The receptionist made sure I was very informed with the services they offered and I definitely will be returning.

I purchased a groupon for B-12 Lipotropic injections. I was not aware until I went there that I would be giving myself the injections. I was surprised after they gave me the initial shot, they handed me 9 filled shots and told me to refrigerate. I thought they would share a little about the practice and becoming a patient, no information provided. No follow up call to see how shots were going. I started having hives and other allergic symptoms and did not realize until week 2 that the shots were causing the symptoms. I called to let them know that I had a reaction, perhaps they might be concerned
