Services
Comprehensive Women's Healthcare does more than deliver babies. While we enjoy long-term relationships with women and their families that often start in pregnancy and birth, we're here to meet your needs at all stages of life, from teen care through menopause and beyond. Comprehensive Women's Healthcare provides the most extensive services available today in this important area of women's health.
After moving to the Phoenix area in 1990 from Los Angeles, Dr. Hazelrigg and his wife Sandra decided to settle in the east valley. He joined a private practice, which rapidly evolved into a much larger group. That environment did not completely meet the needs of his patients. In 2000, Dr. Hazelriggco-founded Comprehensive Women's Healthcare with the intention of returning to the small, personal practice that would best serve their patients.
Dr. Kudlinski attended medical school at the University of Missouri in Kansas-City where she graduated with distinction in obstetrics and gynecology. As a chief resident, at the same institution, the Society of Laporoendoscopic Surgeons presented her with the resident achievement award. Operative laparoscopy, such as laparoscopic hysterectomy, continues to be a focus of her career.
I have been practicing women's health for 13 years. I believe all women should have easy access to their healthcare needs in any stage of life. I try my best to understand the unique situation my patients maybe in, through careful listening. I help my patients understand their diagnoses and treatment options by simplifying the science behind their problems.

Gave a friend a ride to this office from Globe Arizona and was told I couldn't sit inside to wait for her, AFTER the receptionist sat and gave us dirty looks for a while. I don't know how the doctors are but after driving an hour and a half to get here and then having to sit in the parking lot for an hour and a half and then driving an hour and a half back home I guarantee I would personally never come here and won't be bringing anyone else who needs to. I was wearing my mask and the waiting room wasn't even full. Just being hateful? Not a single sign or a warning anywhere. All other appointments

Saddened to see the bad reviews. My experience has only been positive here for the last several months. Hazelrigg is an amazing doctor, and his assistant Meisha always gets back to me immediately if I have any questions. I've had great prenatal care and am sad to see some others didn't experience this! HOWEVER; many of the bad reviews are about the receptionists, which I very rarely deal with, so that could be a huge impact on why I have nothing negative to say. The longest I've waited to be taken back is about 20 minutes today because they have a fill in doctor and I'm sure everything is running

I normally go to dr kale who is very nice but the amount of time I wait in the lobby is crazy.. I showed up 20 minutes early just to be 27 minutes passed my appointment time.. I just don’t understand why there is such a long hold time I have not experienced this anywhere else. I think it’s time to just look for a new OBGYN unfortunately.

Rosemary Boyle-Forsythe, RNP-C has been a great help to my woman's health. I've been a patient of this clinic for 25 years, and they have been able to care for me through my endometriosis and now through early menopause. I'm grateful that they are part of my clinical team and would recommend to any one looking for a great OB/GYN.

I’ve been going here for over 20 years but today the service I received was unacceptable. I arrived early and was asked to contact my new insurance provider and ask if they would cover my service, having arrived there 20 minutes early I was able to accomplish this with time to spare. I let them know that my insurance would cover my appointment and after filling out the proper documents they had me sit and wait for my appointment. Despite my appointment being at 10:40 they had me wait for nearly 30 minutes after that just to ask me to reschedule my appointment for a later date. It was completely

The receptionist are not friendly at all or at all compassionate for the clients that go there. They stare at you also. The office doesn't warn you that there is not to be anyone under 13 without supervision before the appt. until you get there and it's on a sheet of paper that they wrote. Then appt times are not very accommodating if you work monday thru Friday working till 5pm.

'Cathy's is a C U Next Tuesday. Terrible service here for expecting and new moms. After 3 years I've had enough. You clearly are not family oriented and more money hungry than, literally, any other office I've ever been to. Banner gateway is also garbage. If you care about your kids and your body DON'T COME HERE. Good riddance.

I can’t say enough good things about Rosemary. She was literally the best doctor I’ve been to in my entire life. She has a great bedside manner, and I could tell she genuinely cared about my well being. She took the time to sit and talk with me to understand my medical history and current ailments. She educated me on what was happening, and was able to give me a diagnosis for symptoms I didn’t realize were all connected to the same condition. I spent years searching and in pain, and she finally brought that chapter to an end for me. I’m sad to say, I was not referred to her from any of

I feel like most people fall into two categories - those who write reviews when they have horrible experiences and those who continue to have excellent experiences but forget or don't take the time to write a review.
I fall into the second category so forgive me but better late than never! My PA referred me to Rosemary many years ago, and I'm so thankful. Rosemary and her MA are professional yet kind and thorough. I'll never forget when I was hesitant to tell Rosemary that I was seeing a naturopathic doctor. She immediately offered to fax over any lab results they needed and didn't discourage
