Not impressed with a business who uses fake reviews to hide their poor ones. Posting this to "buyer beware" anyone researching a local plumbing company. The majority of the reviews left within the last year are by ghost accounts who simultaneously reviewed this business and a Pool cleaning service in Garden City, ID. For a company priding itself in integrity, I find this less than reputable.
They also have Facebook reviews turned off. Search YELP reviews and further down the google review list to see real customer experiences with this company.

I called on my lunch break for an unspecified leak on my very old water heater. I was told that while they couldn't get someone out for sure today, they could have someone swing by and take a look to give us a quote for probable service on the same afternoon.
The dispatcher gave me a high end quote for worst case scenario, I appreciated this, because I knew what I would have to budget for if all went bad.
When the gentleman came out, he took a look, it was a easy fix he had parts for on the truck, and he took about 20 min and just did the job right then, squeezing us into his day.

They came out to my workplace twice over the last week or so. Both crews were knowledgeable, professional, and honest with billing. I couldn't recommend anyone but them after these experiences. They will be our go to from now on!

Very efficient got in And got the clogged sink fixed. We have a very old home so they had a challenge to do the repairs. And then we asked if they had time to do a toilet repair another challenge they were able to get it fixed. We will be needing some major plumbing work in the very near future and they will who we call. So nice and polite...plus are very shy dog liked them so they had to be good guys...thanks so much for coming.
