Worthless instead of helping me resolve issues. I was just told I’m the problem when some of the issues are a result of their poor management. Saying oh it’s just an old building is not an excuse for my bedroom door and balcony door not properly working on the day I move in. Creating friction between myself and neighbors from day 1. Clearly I’m the issue though.
I put in a work order for these issues along with the a/c not properly working. Zero response and over a week later now the a/c is fully down for the 2nd time in 2 months keep up the great work!

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value
This management company is not worth dealing with. Packages get stolen and they do nothing to address the problem. Mailboxes were broken and it took them months to replace them, leaving mail unsecure, and undeliverable at times. Management is also very ride to homeless people.

Would echo what other reviewers have said in regards to this not being worth the rent. In the time I’ve been here there have been two massive leaks through people’s ceilings to the bottom floors. They do little to clean it up and get rid of the smell. The hot water has gone out completely multiple times, and package theft is ridiculous. Homeless people also somehow have the code to get into the building and have been posted up in the laundry room.

Smelly run down apartments. The cabinets, doors and mirrors fall apart easily, the inside of my fridge was taped together when I moved in and the plumbing is terrible. My car has gotten broken into and a neighbor has been stealing my mail (and leaving the empty packages to be found) and the landlord is ignoring me, and refusing to do anything about the situation. Cameras need to be installed. Save yourself and don't use Wong Properties.

This place is a joke. The price may be right but it's not worth the headache. The enter your apartment with little or no notice. Things come up missing or are broken after they leave. The water temperature fluctuations in the shower are awful, hot one second and cold the next.
The building is in disrepair but they have no issues going up on your rent without investing anything back into the building. Kitchen garage disposal can't even be used because of how old the building plumbing is. The equipment in the "fitness room" is about as old as the building and does not work. Save yourself the headache

Poor management and communications and lack of urgency on issues and their “in case of emergency” phone line never answers for emergencies. I feel as if there are only 2 people running operations and one person doing maintenance so nothing ever gets done. If you have an issue it will always be spun around that it’s not an issue or it will be taken care of later on... but never done. It smells like cigarettes constantly and package theft is rampant and they chose not to install cameras or more security for the building. Wong collects paychecks and ignores renters.

Very poorly managed group. They may have affordable properties but this comes at a cost. The properties are in terrible shape and if you’re not careful you’ll end up paying for the repairs so document EVERYTHING. Communication is terrible and maintenance issues are never fixed in a timely manner. Make sure everything is recorded when speaking to these people as they like to tell their tenants one thing then deny it later.
