I was about 1 year into my 2 and half year workers comp case when I found Zachary Brunot. He was more than willing to accept my case. He helped me so much. Let me start this off by saying i deal with ADD, ADHD and social disabilities.
I scheduled an over the phone appointment, i tried my absolute best to explain my situation and relay the difficulty i have been going through calmly and professionally.
Without knowing me at all, he proceeded to call me incessant and rude and complained that i was constantly talking over him. which in-fact i had only done that twice in order to relay a few points about my case while he was rambling on about state law, and random insurance company stuff that had no basis to my case at all.

Zack is the most understanding person I have met at a law firm. He's respectful and tells you what he can do to help. He tells you the straight up facts and laws pertaining to your case. I would Never recommend Mr.Elmer, in almost 2 years of him representing my WorkersComp case we never met in person, he said we didn't need to, and tried to settle my case a week before my 5 th surgery, the man has no respect for me, he belittled, disrespected, and made me feel horrible because I questioned why would I settle before my next surgery? He was extremely rude, I called him to inform him I was no longer in need of his services and was going with another attorney, he said thanks and hung up. I totally am a strong woman, but by the end of listening to him treat me like I was a Nothing

Totally ruined my case. I did not receive work injury settlement I should have with the kind of injury I sustained. His assistant could not remember the simplest things such as phone numbers or more importantly mailing my papers to the court in a timely manner which resulted in my case being ruined. As for Randy Elmer; he is willing to educate about the law as it pertains to you which is good but when it came down to it the results were not there for me. I had to do a lot of the work in obtaining information that I felt he should have been responsible for. I would never recommend this law firm
