We specialize in Elder Law, Estate Planning, and helping people obtain their Social Security Benefits when their claim is denied. Social Security Law involves helping people obtain their Social Security Disability benefits when their claim is denied. Social Security claims may be for Disability (SSDI), adult or child Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Widows or Widowers benefits and/or a Disabled Adult Children (DAC) benefits.
We take denied claims that are before the Social Security Administration or the Federal Courts. One of the greatest fears of older Americans is that they may end up in a nursing home. Going into a nursing home means a great loss of personal freedom, but also has tremendous financial cost. Nursing homes cost between $35,000 and $150,000 a year, depending on location and level of care.

Services
We are dedicated to providing the highest quality service possible and love hearing that our clients have been pleased with our work. When I met Ryan Belcher, I was in tears over the frustration of SSI paperwork and rejection. He reviewed my case and gave me complete peace of mind when he took over.

If a person has planned ahead and prepared a Durable Power of Attorney (a Power of Attorney that is still valid if the person becomes incapacitated), and an Advanced Directive for Health Care, then, the person given the Power of Attorney should be able to step in and take over the affairs of the incapacitated person without the need for a Guardian or Conservator.
Judges always ask about daily activities. They ask "How do you spend a usual day". They use your description to figure out whether or not your daily activities are consistent with the symptoms and limitations you've described regarding your social security disability case. Ryan was great to work with - he listened carefully and sought to really understand our case so he could better advocate for us. He was encouraging and supportive and worked effectively to ease anxiety throughout the entire process. Really could not have been more satisfied with the service they provided and how they provided it.

Working with Ryan Belcher was a blessing. His courtesies, professionalism and support were top notch. After two years of road blocks with my disability attempts on my own, Ryan was able to work us through the process to gain a favorable decision. Thank you Ryan for all your hard work and dedication you are a great advocate to those looking for help with the disability process.

I became disabled over a decade ago. I attempted filing my first disability application by myself. After 4 years of constant denials I decided I better hire a person who specializes in Disability.
Ryan and staff have been excellent throughout the entire process. I had my hearing in March and the judge ruled Fully Favorable in July.
Without Ryan's and his staff's knowledge I am positive I would have been denied again and again. Many thanks to Ryan and especially Kalyn for all their assistance.

All I can say is Thank gosh for Ryan at McGinty, Belcher, & Hamilton!
In 2016 I applied myself for SSD & of course was denied. I found MB&H law firm completely by luck through the phone book. From my first contact with Ryan and his staff, they impressed me with their professionalism, kindness & patience with all of my many questions/concerns. They did an excellent job, both in ensuring all information that is required was gathered and providing regular contact to update/inform me of case status as well as checking on the status of my health. I chose this firm at random. Talk about lucky, my choice was excellent. Working with Ryan and his very knowledgeable assistants was a pleasure. I was very bad about saving documentation regarding my disability, but they researched and found the info and put it together for Social Security. I didn't need to call for updates they kept me advised. The only downside, and this would be for all firms. Social Security is not none for moving quickly, so.be prepared for that, it's not anybody's fault. I very much refer anyone to Ryan at McGinty Belcher , & Hamilton.

I want to start out by giving a very big Thank You to both Ryan Belcher & Kalyn Anderson. They were both so great in how they listened, and how they cared about my circumstances. If anyone is out there looking for the right person to represent you for Disability. Look no further, Ryan Belcher is the right person. Period! It's so nice having the right person by your side to go through all of this with you. Trust me, Ryan is that person. Thank you Ryan, and Kalyn.

Mr. Ryan Belcher was very respectful and acknowledged my dilemma when trying many times to get my disability through our government's obstacles and roadblocks. Mr Belcher went through my paperwork and doctors evals. He then explained the process in a way I could understand and a time scale that was very accurate. Close to my court date, Mr Belcher had me come into his office and we went through questions the judge may ask. Then he answered all of my questions. Mr Belcher stood by me and defended me with accurate information that lent to a positive outcome with the hearing. I was in very capable

A rare, untreatable, life-altering chronic illness resulted in intractable daily pain and forced me to give up my career. The disability application process was long and frustrating. After initial rejection, we hired Mr Ryan Belcher. With his knowledge and guidance we successfully appealed the decision. We highly recommend his services. His staff were helpful and responded to problems and questions in a timely manner. Ryan is not only good at what he does, he is kind and compassionate making this difficult journey for our family a little easier.

A loved one had her will written though this firm. I hope I never have to deal with them again. The staff is rude and made me feel like I was bothering them when I had questions. I found out later that others involved with the estate were treated the same way. They are disrespectful on a personal level and didn't seem to take any pride in their work on a professional level. Many mistakes had to be corrected and we had to wait an absurd amount of time (20 months) for everything to be finalized.

Ryan Belcher is the best advocate .... he guided us through the lengthy and often depressing process of gaining approval for disability benefits.
He has extensive training and is a non lawyer certified by the Social Security Admin. He demonstrative expertise (and great patience) in meetings with us. We highly recommend his services.

Unfortunately it is not entirely clear from their advertising that McGinty, or Belcher, one or the other, has a son who is practicing Social Security advocacy. It is the Sun that my daughter and I visited, to talk about her social security claim. Of course, the process takes a long time, and in our case the longer the better. I still have trouble believing that my own daughter is mentally Disturbed. She is angry much of the time, but she was very good with mr. Belcher. Ryan was very kind, and let us to believe that he was sincerely interested in helping her, should that be her best option. We talked

If you are going to reserve parking spaces for your business, you might consider labelling those spaces, so people don't make the mistake of thinking they've parked safely in a spot for the salon next door. This would eliminate the need for you to leave passive-aggressive threats on peoples' windows. Yellow paint is cheaper than bad PR.
